Just wanted to write a review because normally you read reviews about how horrible or bad an experience was at the location. But for this review it's how bad and horrible I feel for the experience I have caused. Long story short I dropped off a ton of items and wanted to have the owner make an offer. Since there where so many items the owner offered me to come back the next day and he would have a offer ready for me. Unfortunately I had to go out of town the next day on an emergency and did not have access to my phone till late in the evening so I missed his call. So I came by the next day which was a Saturday and made it in right around 3:55pm. Now I totally was thinking they closed at 6pm, only to find out the owner was literally on the way out as they close at 4pm. Yet he was more then happy to make a fair offer and stay to make the deal happen. I felt horrible because he spent the day looking up the items, then I stepped in 5 min before end of close and he had to write up a very large ticket and take time out of his day to assist me while his son was waiting for him. Just shows this place is not only fair but will go the extra mile to satisfy every customer. I would highly recommend this location as they are fair and really do take care of the customer. The only tip I have is come in at least 5 min prior to close so you can take advantage of all the great items and services they have, not saying they still won't help you!

Highly recommend RP of Dale City. Great selection of items that most pawn shops don't have. Would definitely go there to buy jewelry vs. high priced jewelry chains.

Clayton sold me the best pair of headphones I’ve ever had in my life! ? Yo I still haven’t taken them off. I bought them like 2 WEEKS AGO! Great customer service skills and dude knows how to sell LOL!

There were only two employees at this store, the older of which was both knowledgeable and honest. This is a combination that don't regularly find at pawn shops. I was impressed with the quality and variety of items in the shop.

What a great place to be in the service event that is well known for the Environment Shopping Center. They sale goos products where it can be quite simple for the basic purpose of customer service which is official. They sale new things, normal products, and classic items that were from decades ago including some products from back in the 20th century. Not everything. They many items that is worth Fashion design, collection sets, entertainment, home products, and more to it. Do they, really? Sure they do.

I been going to this pawn for years and honestly I like working with the head boss that works there if you want good service I would advise you going in the afternoon but overall is the pest pawn shop in dale city

This store use to be really good but now they seem to just give the worst prices for things. The lady their I think she think she knows everything but she really does not. I sell things at other places no problem but here they just don’t buy anything for a good deal. Really disappointed

Starting to explore the pawn shops in my new area. This looks like a reasonable place to pickup various construction tools and definitely some interesting music stuff. Overall a pleasant experience.

Bad place to purchase collectibles. Stopped in was shown sports cards, and made an offer that was double what they had into them. Was told I couldn't purchase because they were going to grade them first and to check back in 3-5 months. None of these cards were mint 9's or higher. They are attempting to squeeze the customers who pay their bills and hoping to increase profits substantially. Tried to buy a "complete" set of 89 upper deck and the top card #1 Ken Griffey RC was removed from the set. I ended up purchasing a 93 upper deck set and got home and realized the Derek Jeter RC was missing. They do have cool coins ungraded but ironically no graded coins for sale. Instead of offering unique items to their customer base they are clearly attempting to grow eBay store and get top dollar as opposed to allowing customer base to purchase. Stay away with any collectibles feel free to message me for a list of local shops that will see value in strong customer base as opposed to seeking maximum profits. I spent an hour in a store being shown items I couldn't even purchase. The (1) card I did get a price for was a Carl Yaz Red Sox card which they were selling at $50 plus tax. Could buy this same card for $5. Being a business owner I understand the importance of profits and maximizing income but not at the expense of losing customers. I happen to prefer raw ungraded cards it allows me to introduce my children to the Hobby. The cards they have in a glass case for purchase literally Carry zero value.

Good place, fair prices, lifesaver with air conditioners in the worst heat when our AC went out and nice rototiller. Great place!

I waited an hour for the store to open so I can return an item I bought from Amazon. I don't know if they have new employees but I was told that I can only return ups packages. I've returned Amazon items there before so I don't understand why I can't now and he couldn't explain why. Royal Pawn wasted my time. They need to train their new employees about their UPS drop-off.
