The person helping a black tall older guy is never polite ?He treats customers like he his doing a big favor by doing his job.Does not have any customer service skills!! Shameful..His greeting is What? ..exactly! Very rude!!I will rather go to a farther place to do business than this place because of the bad treatment to customers..

First time dealing with them and I couldn't have been happier. As soon as I walked Paul and Rollie both greeted me quickly kindly and immediately asked me what I needed help with. Was able to get both of the things I needed done quickly, efficiently and at a very good price. Paul was even helpful because he knew how to best package the items I was sending. I will absolutely be coming here to deal with these great people.

Not the friendliest guy running the place. This is a convenient location to go to for Woodbridge residents, but beware, they can nickel and dime you. I was charged a dollar for a label sleeves which surely they get for free. I can see charging something, but a dollar??? It felt like a low level price gouge.

This particular Postnet has a very rude elderly employee. I went here Christmas time, I had stamps but needed to have some heavy cards weighed. The employee received me with a frown, sighed and told me if I have stamps to go to the corner and put it on myself. I felt so slighted by his mannerisms. My mistake was coming back. I went there recently for Valentines Day cards to buy some stamps before I could say anything he said "Oh no not again" I got the courage to tell him Please give me a break, I don't have any stamps and I need to know how many I need for international and heavy ones. He frowned and told me to weigh the cards myself. What baffles me is how could this company go on doing business like this. I will defintely never come back to this particular Postnet. Customers beware.

I needed to send an important document and didn't want to risk dealing with the lines at the post office or losing it in the mail. Decided to send via UPS or FedEx so stopped in here. The employee I encountered was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Confirmed shipping details with me and immediately sent me email confirmations as well. So my first time experience here was very positive. But I will certainly update should I visit again and experience anything like others have in reviews posted here.

I went to Post Net with a difficult project. Not only were they willing to help, they jumped in and nailed it. Thank you so much for your patience and helping us honor our brother with a beautiful memorial.

Today I had an emergency situation and the rep that I worked with was Key, she was very helpful and understanding and handled everything I needed very quickly. Key was also extremely nice to talk with!

The first employee I dealt with was pleasant. I was told it was 25 cents per page to print a couple packing slips and shipping labels. No problem. They charge $1.09 for a small padded envelope (the ones I forgot at home were slightly smaller and cost me 8.5 cents.) I was ok with all this. But I didn't look at my receipt. So I was back two days later (having purchased some envelopes al Wal-mart) and they tell me they are charging me $2.99 for the privilege of sending my files by email. Who charges to receive an email????!!!! I complained and then that guy was really rude, going on about how the internet costs money and emails cost money and how nice he was to drop people's stuff off at the post office because no one had come to pick it up. I think that's something you should expect to do if you run a business like that. I will not be back because no one should charge their customers to receive an email!
