We went to this store at 7:30 and around the closing time when we were checking out 2 of the ladies at the cashier misbehaved with me and my family only because we asked them why didn’t the cashier ring up capital one discount when the store gives 10% discount to all capital one bank users. I clearly told the lady at cashier I HAVE MY CAPITAL ONE CARD but she seemed like she wasn’t interested in listening to what customer said. Her behavior was very rude to us. IS THIS HOW THE STORE EMPLOYEES TREAT THEIR COSTUMERS?? Both of the ladies (ones who did the closing tonight) were VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, AND DISRESPECTFUL towards their costumers. Both cashiers kept telling us to leave the store when the only thing we asked was why didn’t she ring the capital one card after I showed her. WHERE ARE BASIC HUMAN ETHICS? My family and I always go to this store very often but from now on I don’t think we’ll ever be going back to there again. WORST EMPLOYEES EVER.

Cashier kept banging glassware and charged me for items that were not purchased and overcharged for items purchased. I asked for manager to check the items and verify the purchase and she did not. The manager only allowed the cashier to continue to lie and claim that the “color of the week” items are not half priced. However, the receipt showed that the color of the week items were listed at half price, but not all were marked by correct color (so I was overcharged on those). Also, noticed that I was charged twice for the items, and items I had not purchased.

Worst experience, too slow the customer service check out point. Slow means slowest I have ever been seen. Thats why they are only responsible to make too long queue. I have been waited almost more than 25 min for just 3 items then I left without buying anything. They are not caring about anything because after-all its donation type cheap superstore. I already visited more than 10 goodwill but its the worst store i visited. So Pls dont waste your time,

First time in this location. Curious of what they offer. Everything I've seen is overpriced. Prices are what you can see at a regular store. Disappointing.

I’m a former Assistant Backroom Manager at Goodwill (2022) and everytime I come to the Woodbridge location the prices are terrible. It’s Goodwill not Walmart, furniture shouldn’t be overpriced like this. Go to Fredericksburg or Manassas (Liberia) for better prices.

A good place to give in Dale cityAccording to their website, Goodwill is, “American nonprofit provider of job training, employment placement, and other community services, funded by a network of retail thrift stores. As of 2021, they had over 4200 stores in the United States. A family member was cleaning out their house and wanted to donate so I found this site. It is in a strip of stores on the northeast corner of Dale Hwy and Gideon Drive. It is at the end of the line of stores with an open parking lot fronting all the stores. The inside of the store is fairly large. Items are laid out for easy viewing and access. It was fairly clean. If you are giving items to them, they are very accommodating with carts outside by the curb. When I arrived, there was a staff member who helped me to unload curbside onto the carts. He was very helpful and friendly and even told me some of the items that they could not take. If you need a receipt, just tell the staff and they will get you one for your donation. Overall, it was one of the easiest donation experiences that I have had with any Goodwill location.

Way overpriced for merchandise that was donated to the store for free.

Probably 4 1/2 stars... really like shopping here. If they shut down their dressing rooms like many other thrift shops, they'll lose half my stars. The shop is larger than many other Goodwills in the area. They got rid off the pricey "boutique " section thankfully. If you're a rewards member and an item is the color of the day or week or whatever, you'll get it practically for free. One thing I don't like is the shoe section, which is organized by color rather than size... horribly frustrating and a waste of time. But yeah, my go-to thrift shop.

This place is great, but I wish management would be more responsible. The location says it closes an hour later than the signage.

Stay away from this store especially if you seek employment. Predatory men work here and they employ useless people who need to find another job or retire. All of the managers are unprofessional and unskilled at their jobs and only got to where they are from gross nepotism. The worst thing about this store is store manager Seble who is a shrewish, cold, poor excuse of a human being.
