My husband and i went to giant Pharmacy to get flu shot and covid test. The big tall ogor looking guy tried to help us. He was not happy to see us. At first i told him i want a covid test and i had asked him if my husband insurance will cover it. He look at the computer and said no but told him that his insurance was different now so he said to us ‘so why did you tell me ahead of time’ i did not have a chance because he walked away so fast. So after i gave him my husband insurance card he told us that the insurance he got will not pay for the covid test and it was already in the system since 2021. My husband and i looked at each other because he started working back to this same company in 2022. It’s for the same company so i know that the insurance card should have different information. So i have different insurance than my husband and so we told him we want a covid test, he paused for a minute and told us that there is a person on the line waiting to be serve. I was so upset and l looked at my husband and he told me to calm down . So the big ogor looking guy behind the counter proceeded to get two paper work that we need to fill out before we can get our covid shot but he was slamming the wooden board and the pen on the counter. We can tell that he was not happy helping us. So after we filled out the paper work we handed it back to him , we sat on wait for 10 minutes and he called us yo let us know that the covid shot is frozen and the cannot use at this time. He told us to wait and it will be a ling tine or cone back tomorrow. He middle eastern pharmacy lady just look at us . I was not happy. So my husband and i went to Walgreens and they were happy to help us. We got our shots there and the covid test. I can tell you that I will not go back to Giant ever again and Walgreens is our new Pharmacy now.

Many times there are several staff members working in the pharmacy while I WAIT FOR AT LEAST 15 minutes for assistance.

Only go here for convenience. You don't even know they don't have your stuff until you show up. Typically notifying somebody would make more sense.

This pharmacy and their staff are the absolute worst, trying to get simple answers is worse than pulling teeth, they are rude and condescending to customers. The absolute lack of care shows from the top down, not that they care but after 14 years of being their customer, I will be moving pharmacies to one that cares more about their customers.

I recently moved and had my doctor send my prescription to this pharmacy. I never got any notification of my refill so I called the pharmacy. They looked my information and up refilled it for me and told me when I could pick it up. I got a text notifications when it was ready. I picked it up, cost the usual amount. I had no issues

This is supposed to be a local pharmacy to deal with the community I have a prescription that was not covered by insurance and they charged me quite a bit more than the pharmacy that transferred it to them I spoke with Amanda on the phone she quoted me one price but wasn't 100% until she seemed a prescription which is understandable I go to pick it up it goes from $10 to $58 I very clearly asked Amanda that checked me out at the register and she even insisted and looked at the pharmacist behind her that got off the phone and she said that is what the price is we don't make the prices I asked her several times that is the lowest and cheapest price I walked out of the pharmacy I get on my phone and I look CVS sells it for $11 giant advertises it on the internet publicly for $20 this pharmacy does not care about their community why would you charge five times the price is quoted and charge more than twice the price you advertise it for I had to go back and said we won't give it to you for that price unless you ask but I asked Amanda 3 times

Everything is good except one cashier. Her name is Crystal and she is one of the most unfriendly and carries an attitude. This is everytime I shop there. All other cashiers are great except her.

I love this pharmacy. Everyone is very helpful and are always very nice and never to busy to help and answer questions wether on the phone or in person. I've been coming here for over 10 years now and I would have to move to change it.

I'm not quite sure what has transpired here lately. I assume new management because I've shopped here for many years, I've known most of the faces here. I say this to say, I feel as if I'm being watched as I'm shopping. At first I thought maybe it was paranoia. But after I several trips of feeling racially profiled, I decided this time to record my experience. A manager noticed I was recording got upset and threw something into a cart, as he was doing "reshop". My video is being reviewed by corporate and my lawyer. I will find another establishment to purchase my items from now on.

Absolutely horrible I have been using this pharmacy for 2 years and when I started with them it was great now they have horrible customer service. I always have problems with my prescriptions. I never had a pharmacy that doesn’t let you know when your refills are not available ahead of time and when you ask questions there is always a sarcastic response from one of the young ladies that work here. I am no longer using them and will tell everyone. SMH

I unfortunately had to come to this giant to receive my vaccine. I came early but had to wait 10 minutes to be served by one of three pharmacists. The woman pharmacist finally served me and told me I was late when it was 3 minutes past my appointment, but only because of their incompetence. She continued to be extremely rude and kept scoffing when I was speaking to her. It might have been a race thing. The man pharmacist spoke to me like I was a child and continued to be condescending each time I asked a question about my vaccine. I understand many people have problems at work, but it is not justifiable to treat your customers that way. It makes sense why they're working at Giant, as customer service has never been one of their strong suits.
