My rental vehicle was delivered to me at the repair shop and I was allowed to drop it off at the repair shop. Very easy and seamless experience.

I was told that they could not "pick me up" so I had to ask a friend, who lived 30 minutes away to take me to the Enterprise location. When I got there ...there were two other employees sitting in the office....Go figure.

Went in to pick up rental that was provided by my extended warranty while my car was in the shop. Was offered the protection but stated I didn't need it since my Amex covers rental car insurance. Salesman insisted I get it since my extended warranty was paying for it. Extended warranty ended up not paying for it and the manager refused to do anything about it. Called corporate to file complaint and get a refund but it's been almost 3 weeks and haven't heard back. Now I'm out $350 and am left with no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB.

I waited for 45 minutes to be picked up at my auto body shop by an Enterprise representative. Once I arrived at the Enterprise rental car center I waited for nearly an hour for my vehicle (I had reserved a full size vehicle). When the representative showed me the vehicle I observed it was a Nissan Sentra. When I asked her why I was being provided a Nissan Sentra, she initially offered me a $4 discount for the weekly rental. When I told her what the weekly rate was for the full size vehicle she provided a discount of approximately $50. I suspect the rental car center did not have a full size vehicle to offer and presented the Sentra hoping I would not notice. When I drove off with the Sentra it had a warning light relating to the vehicle rear camera. I found this experience to be frustrating and not reflective of past experience with Enterprise.

Due to a deer strike, I needed a rental . Enterprise came through and provided a car that gave me two weeks on my insurance rate. The car available matched the size I drive.I don't typically give five star ratings, there is always room for improvement.My car had trash in the pockets and the windshield was covered with bug streaks.The message for required maintenance came on early in my rental period.I had a reservation too and wish that the car was processed before I arrived.

i wish i could give them a -5 stars, worst possible enterprise location possible. Ive been to this location 3 times and each time i had ti walk out because either they dont know what they are doing or they just refuse to give service. Their manager Mike is terrible, he is always just sitting in his corner, he does not care about his staff or customers. If this is how enterprise runs their business then i will be taking myself and all my business and clients elsewhere. Ive also contacted their district manger twice yet no one even reached back once

Bad experience with this location they want everything but your mothers maiden name. Come in ready to pay wanted to verify my address they needed a utility bill and my pay stubs with current address. Then wanted two personal references then employees are laughing at my expense thinking it’s funny. Bad customer service

I just called this morning at 9:15am spoke to this lady on the phone was rude and not helpful she even hang up the phone on me. All I’m asking if there any small car available she keeping repeating witch I heard her loud and clear. And when I wanted to ask her when will small car will be available? She just hang up. This is not great service I rather go to different people different enterprise who will help me better.

I had an issue with the rental vehicle I received from this location and was concerned about driving it back to their office, so they immediately drove over to my home to bring me a new vehicle and take the other one back. Everyone I have spoken with at this location has been incredibly nice and professional. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service!

Mike was a little pushy trying to get me to buy the extra insurance through Enterprise. Borderline made me uncomfortable.

Had to get a rental due to an insurance claim and they were trying to lowball me so Ibby helped me out with that and got me at a higher rate than the insurance originally gave me. She informed on some entitlements that I had as the claimant got me double the rate covered. The customer service from her was incredible and I would definitely recommend working with her if you decide to go there. I will say I wish the selection of cars was more vast. Once again big shoutout to Ibby!

Love Enterprise!!! Been a customer for 30+ years, on & off. They're staff are always accomodating, professional & still customer friendly after all these years. As long as they remain the same, I will not rent from anyone else.
