Real bad customer service by Tyler asking to locate soccer cleats for my son. His comment: “It shows we have them here but I can’t locate them, they are probably stolen. I can’t help you further locate them, you can make a call yourself to the other store, I have other customers “

Placed an online order for pick up and drove over. When presented the items the woman asked me for my ID and when I showed her the check in page where it clearly says we do not ask for ID she stated they changed their policy and would not give me my items.

Overall, it is a great store that is constantly changing its looks inside. The prices are always a bit high, but if you wait for the right season, you can always find cheaper prices. Great assortment of products for every activity you want to enjoy. I have purchased fishing gear, kayaking merchandise, boating stuff, and, of course, sporting gear.

The cashiers and management here are rude. I asked to checkout and an employee looked at me like I was stupid for asking. The lady who claimed to be the manager (Kate) didn’t care about the employee’s attitude. Apparently I should accept an employee looking at me with RBF. Customers should be able to checkout without attitudes from the employees, and managers shouldn’t condone them.
