- The interior is relatively small. There are 2 teller counters and approximately 2-3 private rooms. There's also a seating area with sofas in the main hall.

“Just a few weeks ago, I was a new customer wanting to start a relationship with Chase Bank by applying for their credit card. The banker Isamar helped me a lot to understand the rules, regulations, and benefits of their CFF credit card. She was very professional and although it took me some time to get the application approved, she would call occasionally to update me on my status and answer all of my questions perfectly. Even though there is a Chase Bank that is closer to my house than this one, I would rather drive to this location because the place is very clean, and the staff are all kind and knowledgeable.”

The front door gets a lot of action. Yet seemingly there is always a space in their smaller parking lot. Service here is fast and the staff seems at least educated in their policies and procedures. It feels good to walk in and accomplish what is needed and get on with my day!”

I recently moved to Manassas and needed to find a local Wells Fargo branch where I could do my weekly banking and that could also provide financial planning. I decided to go to the closest branch to my house on Marblestone Dr. in Manassas. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile by the Branch Manager (I think her name was Lilly) who then introduced me to Regina Bennett (Vice President, Senior Branch Premier Banker) to discuss my various banking needs. I feel like I hit the jackpot having the opportunity to work with Regina. She's the ultimate professional and her expertise and knowledge are paramount. I knew I was in good hands just a few minutes into our meeting! I also have to give a big shout out to the Service Manager, Mercy who is also so professional and friendly.
