Great environment, great instructors I would high recommend this school/gym to anyone . I have been to many martial arts gyms and this school is definitely been the best !

I do TKD and Master Dennis talked me into trying the adult BJJ class. I loved it, I am on the north side of 40 and not doing chicken anymore. The blue belts and up all worked with me as there are things I cannot physically do. It was awesome everyone there is was a killer but they were all kind and respectful. I loved it…
