Lady in the pharmacy needs to find a different job. Maybe check out a elementary school class again to learn some damn manners. No class trash people acting like they don't want to do their job. Unbelievably rude.

Called ahead to ask about FedEx shipments. Said they took them up to 48 inches. Our package was 48x31x1. We were made to believe they'd be able to take it. Walk in the door to have some shout across the store that they wouldn't take it and didn't care that they just told us it fit the dimensions. Another one of Walgreens scams to make more money but not actually be of use.

They refuse to answer the phone. They pick up, don’t say anything to you and put you on hold for 20+ minutes. Do better.

Male Pharmacist I tried consulting with was extremely unhelpful and disinterested, was very short, and did not help me find anything at all, would not even face me and treated me as if I was a bother, will not go to the pharmacy here again.

Why offer the option to print photos then not supply ANY options of plug ins for mobile devices. But instead of them not posting a sign saying this, you then get to walk the store or wait in the line to have an associate tell you they don't have any options.

The absolute worst customer service from the pharmacy. Katie is beyond rude and unhelpful and quite honestly disrespectful. I have never experienced such a non compassionate and non caring individual to our needs for refillmedication.

Nicole was rather rude. Not a friendly demeanor. Focused on something else instead of the customer. No “hi how are you?” Just silence and when I tried to make an ice breaker joke just nothing.

Poor service from the pharmacy, visited 8/13 Alfred and team really lack customer service. Girl at pharmacy register made a scene in front of my son, very unprofessional. Incredible how there are people still out here with cold hearts, we just need to learn to sometimes step back and breathe and not be so quick to react. Hope she changes for the goodness of her heart.

I went in for an online ordered was told it wasn't there after calling the day before to make sure my order was there. Was rudely told I would need to call the online number and the lady stated it was there and said she was speaking to the manager and he was holding the package. He was the same person who told me it wasn't there.

A few days ago, I placed an online order four three 12 can coke packs and another small items for free store pick up. My total was $8.95 due to current promotions. Since then, they have no altered the order or notified that items are not available, but the pick up notification that I received only references two items for $8.95. They just removed items and charge me the exact price. Please get your business straight, Walgreens.

This location is always a complete mess in the pharmacy - they give misinformation and the perscriptions are never prepared or ready at the times given by them. Talking to managers does no good. The people seem nice but they lack training and or leadership it is awful.
