Their service is just awful. Even when they know they can’t fix something they go through the motions, having you on the phone for long no periods of time while they “troubleshoot “. It’s exhausting. I hope I never have to call them again. I still don’t have my issue resolved. I was on the phone for 1hr and 12 minutes before they sent me to Apple. They fixed it temporarily. Now it’s back again.

I visited this Verizon store to check out a new phone but planned to move to another provider. However, Michael came over to chat, and I'm So glad he did. I was able to get several new phones, products, and discounts that saved me a ton on my bill. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to my schedule. Thanks again Michael, I'm happy to stick with Verizon ?

I have lived in Culpeper less than 2 years. I have been in this store several times. Each visit has been pleasant and helpful. I’ve never has to wait to be served, ever. (My store in NV My old town was just the opposite). Today I went in to fix something that was wrong with my phone and Larry fixed it in 2 seconds, He was pleasant and helpful. He discovered that I was eligible for early trade in…we talked about it and I decided to get a new phone and pay less per month than I was paying now. He and another person(who was in training) worked me through the process quickly and painlessly. I watched him work with her when she asked questions and he was kind and patient with her as a trainer . We picked the color and the case and all I needed. The. Her kindly asks if I knew how to set my phone up in the car - oh my no! He went weather out to the car and totally set up adding my phone to the system. Such a nice guy. So professionalNot overbearing . I am happy to go back to this Verizon every time!! Thank you!

Can't believe I have to write this as my buying experience went off without a hitch. My salesperson answered all of my questions accordingly and even stayed after work to help me with my process. I am currently on a family plan and went in to replace my phone. I stressed to the sales rep that I wanted to pay cash for the phone and did not want to finance any aspect of it. He informed me that they were having a $700 trade in promotion that would take $700 off the total price for the new phone I'm purchasing which was incredible to hear. Come to find out, after I continuously insisted to pay cash for anything required, that my family had been financing the phone and this "$700" promotion I was told about was not actually the case. He sold me the phone as if there was $700 off said price and then charged the full amount(around $1000) to my family's credit line and they had been paying it off per month without my knowledge. Now my phone is broken (do not buy the flip3) and I have to pay around $400 just to walk away from it due to being scammed by Cellular Sales. While this place has great reviews I would recommend double checking and looking over every aspect of the plan/phone they sell you. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I was interested in the deal I saw on t.v. about trading in an old iPhone for the new one even thought I didn’t have an iPhone. I wondered if I could trade my old Motorola phone in and Sway helped me do just that! He was so very knowledgeable and helpful when I arrived and explained that I could trade my old phone in and get the deal in switching to a new plan that would actually lower my bill. Win, win! I was nervous about making the switch and not being able to use the iPhone but Sway was nice enough to switch over all of my old apps and photos and then show me how to use the phone! He went through how to install the iCloud and made sure I had everything I needed from my old phone. He even have me his business card and said I could call him with any further questions about how to use the phone! He took his time explaining and made me feel like the most important customer ever. I am so appreciative!

Had the best experience getting my phone upgraded with Michael. He is knowledgeable, honest, and will get you set up with what’s best for you. He is the BEST! The whole team is amazing here and such an upbeat, welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a new cell phone for my husband (Flip5) at the Verizon Store in Culpeper. Michael Johnson was superb! While we were there, we inquired about Fios landline, Internet and TV. Even though all of those services are not available through the store, Michael researched to get approximate costs for a variety of packages. As my husband is a retired Verizon employee, we are entitled to a discount. Michael went out of his way to be sure we understood who to talk to so we continued to received the discount. He also help us get a credit for overcharges on our Jetpack. Michael is the epitome of customer service! WELL DONE, Michael.

My parents went here for a new phone and some updates to their plan. After they got home they changed their mind on their needs. They went back to the store the next day and the manager went totally above and beyond to make things right for them. He was helpful. Patient. And attentive to detail. I can not recommend him or the store enough. If you want a good experience, go see them!

I am an existing Verizon customer needing 2 new phones. When I asked about new phones, sales guy said he doesn't work for Motorola. He sells service. Since I already have service, I have no value. So I left.

Had an excellent experience w Consultant Luis Suarez @ Culpeper store. After spending 2 hours on phone w different 800# reps (Ridiculous!), I went into store & spoke to Luis. He resolved my issues in MINUTES! Shout out he's So Smart!! I will forever go to him for all of my Verizon needs.
