Flags 2/3 of every transaction I make. Blocks my card when when I go to make a purchase my card is declined constantly. I went to cash a check I always have at this location and the manager suddenly acts as if I haven’t been banking with them for over 5 years. They even called my employer who wrote the check. Said it wasn’t valid check when it’s printed from APD. ATMs are always broken. I waited to long to leave this bank. From someone who managed a business myself I say “Get it together!”

I wouldn't even give this branch 1 star let alone a 5 star rating. Customer service at the drive up window stinks. I waited for 10 minutes for someone to process a deposit for me. This is unacceptable. Horrible service.

Didn’t know if I didn’t have my check deposit in night box before 8:30 am that won’t be deposit until next busy day at all I never had no problem at all at any of the other Atlantic Union banks that went to in past .This new to me? There no way I get check back go somewhere else.

Rude and very slow (even before covid). Go to any other branch, especially the ones in Washington, Culpeper (by the library and Golds gym) and Warrenton. Pretty much any branch is better than this one!
