A handful of people were waiting outside for the ABC store next door to open, and the woman who walked up to open the store was AMAZINGLY rude. I understand you didn’t want people blocking the door to your store, but asking nicely and not acting like a total Karen out of the gate is a little excessive.I will never shop here because of this and cannot recommend it. There’s a more friendly tobacco shop a few minutes down the road.

I have been a customer of Tobacco Road since 2004. I bought 5 packs of cigarettes on 4/8/2023, and I ask for a small bag for my smokes, and was told the bag would cost a nickel. Well I'm done wth Tobacco Road.

I give them this rating because they are always kind and sweet to all their guest. Plus they accept my coupons when no one else does. So I won't mind giving this store my money and lottery money as well. Very kind customer service reps here. The store is always clean with other great customers that speak to you. Very well ran store.

Staff is always so nice when we go in, always have my husbands brand in stock. Doesnt matter if he wants a pack or carton, They always have it in stock. Which is awesome.. The facility is always clean and well keep.

They left me on hold improperly and left me to deal with like six customers and I could hear everything. Extremely rude and unprofessional do not spend you're money here their are better stores that are more professional and cleaner too.
