As a former employee, this place is very unreliable.I don't even advise you work there or buy from there. The employees will even Robe you, don't believe me, check your receipt.

Almost ran out of gas! Fortunately this Shell station was close by! Pulled in, paid at the pump. Had to pay with a physical credit card as the NFC reader on the pump was out of order - preventing the use of Apple Pay. #Shell

Customer service was terrible this morning I won’t ever spend money at this store or send any company cars again I went inside to give the man 50.00 to get my gas he proceeded to slide the money in the machine to check to see if it’s real (Cool I don’t have a problem with that I completely understand being in business)the kicker was telling me if it’s not real you will be leaving without any service before even checking so I proceeded to tell him the money is real & if the money isn’t real you and the company can deal with Navy federal instead of just checking the money and giving me my gas he was very rude and going back and forth on camera with other customers in the store is not a good look Sir.. all of my services will go elsewhere and if this is how your employees treat people I can honestly understand why you guys can’t keep anyone and from one business owner to another it’s not a good look

Beware that they place a hold for $200 on your credit card when you get gas. They really should place a sticker on their gas pumps warning consumers of this practice.

Came in to this shell attempting to use the app to purchase gas, Alyesha was OVERWHELMINGLY HELPFUL. She even called her boss to find out how to get it to work, even tho they gave a short answer to her that she could have relayed to me (this store doesnt have that feature) she continued to help and explained the app, we found another way and I left with a full tank.Could not ask for better service, from any company. This was above and beyond.

I came here with a flat tire on August 12th and I was astounded by the amazing customer service of the gas station attendant, Shanika. She helped me put air in my flat tire and was very kind and patient the entire time. I definitely will be back to pump gas here!!!

I have asked them multiple time for them to change the fuel filters on the diesel pumps and it is still not happened after 3 weeks. It takes over 5 minutes to pump 10 gallons. When you truck has. 45 gal tank who wants to sit at the pump for 20 plus minutes!!!! Time to start giving another station $120 every other day!

Small store with no bathrooms not convinient when you want to make a quick stop and keep moving to your destination. I will look for another place to stop in this area.
