Called to make an appointment on 7/28. I was informed by the receptionist that there were no openings available until 8/9. I agreed to take an appointment for 8/9. I show up at the establishment and was immediately met with a snarky attitude. I smiled and said I have an appointment for Jason. With the most disgusted tone and look, she said I don’t have you down. She then asked if I had spoken to Jason and I told her no that I spoke to some lady who took down all of my information. Needless to say I had to leave without having my car serviced because the lack of competence of the receptionist. If you choose this place make sure you have an appointment in writing or you will be out of luck. Do not expect kindness. I shouldn’t have been made to feel like I did something wrong because their job wasn’t done correctly

Rude! Can life be that bad. No thank you, no your welcome, no smiles. Makes the customer feel like there bothering her if you need work done on your vehicle.

What a cool little full service center! Very few places do it all like these guys! I filed a mechanical claim for a mutual customer with Jason. That cat knows what he's doing. This gentleman navigated the warranty process with me to get our customer a new upstream o2 sensor. great job Jason! Tank you keep up the great work.

The store is never open, so paying in cash is never an option. Last time I was here people came up to me and asked me to buy their gas for them. It is always dirty here and I will not be returning.

I took my car there recently for the yearly inspection. C&C Shell is the only place I will take my car for service. The mechanics honest and don't fix things that aren't broke! I've been using C&C Shell for over 6 years and I definitely would recommend them.

I have been a customer of C and C Shell since I first moved to Culpeper over 22 years ago. They have serviced all my families vehicles; cars and trucks. C and C Shell is a one stop station for regular maintenance such as oil changes, safety inspections, or larger jobs such as repairing a truck clutch, towing me out of a ditch or helping me purchase tires at the most reasonable prices in the tri-county area. I am no whiz kid with todays vehicles but I do have over a million miles under my butt and six decades of driving and auto maintenance experience and I have never doubted automotive craftmanship, integrity or fair prices of C and C Shell.
