Cute little antique shop with a lovely owner. She worked with me to get a good price on some dishes I was eyeing. Also took the time to tell us about some other antique pieces with interesting back stories. Looking forward to coming back.

For a small town antique store, it's pretty good. Has a nice selection. Some China, old American antiques, all sorts of stuff. Would come back again. I believe it's a mom and pops store so that's cool. Unique gem of Culpeper. Bought some awesome coins for my family from 1948.

Nice pieces, but really over priced. Even small, damaged pieces are pricey. :'/

Every time I visit Culpeper, I always make sure to go into this amazing little antique shop, the woman who operates it is a fantastic lady who works hard to keep her merchandise in good shape and restores history, she is a hard worker and does a very good job making everything look pretty, she has a passion for antiques and I could not recommend this antique store enough!

While Quail-at-the-Wood Antiques is quaint and charming, the prices are for the birds! It's a little "hawkward" leaving a "fowl" commentary on a pastime I love so much, but "owl" just have to "wing" it. I've been antiquing for 40 years, (yes, I'm that old-something of an antique myself) and I have also worked at antique/thrift/consignment shops so I'm familiar prices and quality. With that said, most of the prices at this antique shop are exorbitant. Be prepared to drop three "bills" for a rag doll... four bills for a hutch... Look, I know some of these items are unique, some date the Civil War era, but even the brass, figurines and baskets are high priced. I think I saw an old broken wreath for $20. Even that wasn't worth the "poultry" amount. I've seen similar items at other antique shops for a lot less chicken feed. I don't mean to ruffle any feathers, but with all the antique shops in the Culpeper area, save your nest egg for a more reasonable shop!

We were visiting in Cupeper for the day. I knew from the display window that this was a place I wanted to look into. Everything in the store was beautiful and well cared for. I bought a beautiful crystal necklace and a beaded bag for my sister as a gift. Both are stunning. I wish I lived closer as I live in Minnesota. I would love to spend more time in her shop.

Great little antique shop. There is always something of interest to us on offer. It has become a sort of tradition for my wife and I to drive to Culpeper around the time of our anniversary and visit this shop. We have almost always returned home with a joint present to ourselves.

Nothing blew me away, but a nice little spot with a good variety of antique items from a wide range of eras.

There are some great items in this store. Beautiful paintings. Lovely furniture. Cool, unique items. But the prices are prohibitive. I had a good time looking over everything, but each time I turned over a tag, I cringed. Maybe I have expensive taste, but I didn't see anything less than $300. I'm not even saying the items aren't worth it; I've worked in the industry, and it is rare that I see something that I haven't encountered before. I did see some genuinely unique things here, but the prices reminded me of Old Town Alexandria more than sleepy Culpeper. Bottom line? If you've got deep pockets then have a field day, but don't go looking for a deal.
