“We've been Quarles customers for many years and they have always been reliable and responsive, but they went "above & beyond" during a recent snow event. Our area got about 7 inches of wet, heavy snow on a Sunday that did widespread & severe damage to the electric grid. We were lucky to have a generator, so we had emergency power, but after 3days we were worried that our propane tank would run out. We called Quarles on a Tuesday and, even though the roads were dodgy and demand was high, Quarles had a truck out on Wednesday morning. It was a tremendous relief to get such a rapid response - but is typical of the service the Quarles team has provided over the years.”

“I am pleased that they will deliver gas when I am not home. The delivery person checks the level of gas in the tank, refills the tank to the appropriate level, and leaves a receipt to let me know what he has done. This is super convenient as we do not have to coordinate schedules.”
