Absolutely love this shop. We have been to many antiques shops looking for a dry sink over the last year. We walked into Poppy & Chalk and found this gem, in great condition and very reasonably priced. They had just got it in and offered to customize it for us. However we were so impressed with its natural condition we wanted to leave it as is. They even held it for us until the next day So we could come back with our truck. If you are in downtown Culpeper, definitely check this store out. The staff is just as amazing as their furniture pieces.

Wonderful shop. Such wonderful people working here. Met the gentleman in charge of the wood. He is the one that designs and takes care of all their wood products including the pens, wine stoppers and rings that are in one of the pictures. If you want original woodwork (cabinets, plates, pens, plaques, etc...) and unique antiques, come to this place.

This is one of the cutest stores downtown! They always have unique pieces! They are very knowledgeable about their quity products! Glenda is super nice and she was able to help me find exactly what I was looking for to complete my paint project. The products were easy to use and great quality. And it turned out better than I could have expected!

This cute little ice cream counter is actually located in the back of a hip boutique that carries local artisans/designers decor and items. They offer single-, double-, and triple- scoops, cones or cups, and Gifford's ice cream. We shared a double-scoop of the Cookies n' Cream and the Strawberry; I wasn't a fan of the Cookies n' Cream (it was a little too grainy and had too much ice particles in it), but the Strawberry was sweet, had large slices of strawberries, and was creamy and yummy. There are a few chairs in the actual ice cream parlor, but there are also some tables and 2-tops just right outside, into the boutique. Be sure to check out the store as well, as they have cute greeting cards, clothing, and other items that make great gifts. The owner is welcoming and friendly! Cute place to stop by when you're in the Culpeper area. +Gifford's ice cream +strawberry +friendly staff!

Short review.. not much to say. Good ice cream... I'm not fan of the manager I personally find him to be rude. They also close too soon.

Such a great addition to the local Culpeper scene and selection of ice cream spots! Their ice cream is scoop-style with tons of different flavors with sweet, fresh sugar cones and amazing waffle cones. The milkshakes are also fantastic! Their atmosphere is awesome as well - they have a spacious shop with a nice pastel pink and green aesthetic.

Steve built the most beautiful farmhouse table for our home. It not only fits our large family (10) comfortably but it looks absolutely stunning. Steve understood our vision and was super helpful in finalizing the final dimensions. We can't wait to visit Poppy+Chalk for our next piece!
