Unfortunately I have had to have more than one repair and even though Next Door is a 50 minute drive it is worth it! They do excellent work, are very kind, explain everything thoroughly and get repairs done quickly. I really appreciate their fairness in letting me know what surprises come up and telling me which surprises are must fixes while others are not an immediate problem. I will continue to patronize their shop when needed.

I purchased my 2009 Toyota Scion XB in 2008. It is in its 16th year, and it has served me well. Recently I detected a minor leak and, based on the location, I assumed the moon roof was leaking. I'm relatively new to the Culpeper area, and because I always had my Scion serviced at a Toyota dealership, I naturally reached out there locally first for repair. Unfortunately my moon roof had been installed after-market and the dealership was unable to help me. I had quite a search before finding a business able to service my vehicle... New Generation in Culpeper on Poor Farm Road to my rescue. I made an appointment and was greeted by a very knowledgeable auto body professional who obviously knows his business, and who voluntarily spent about 45 minutes assessing the car for the leak source. He was able to determine that the moon roof is actually not the location of the leak. He made some adjustments on the car that just might take care of the leak all together (my best scenario), and addressed other potential areas of concern with me if in fact his initial repairs failed to eliminate the cause of the leak. Barring that, a scheduled water test will definitely solve the issue. Bottom line, I am confident the leak will be fixed. As a respected customer, I could not be more satisfied. I'm embarrassed that I did not get this man's name. My guess is he owns and/or manages New Generation. What I CAN tell you is he presents very? well, knows his business in-and-out, explains in detail his findings, and treats his customers with a mix of neighborly friendliness and respect. Thank you New Generation.

My wife took her damage front end car for an estimate. They were honest about the cost to fix this damage, it will be more than the vehicle is worth. But what they did was pulled the front of the bumper out so the hood can lock. That was very generous of them to do, thank you very much. They were looking out for her safety rather than trying to make a buck. Thank you.

Brough in my Ram 1500 for a door repair and some other minor repairs, they were able to get it completed in a timely manner and maintained excellent communication with my throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area !

I was in the unfortunate position of having to pay for repairs. Next Generation worked with me to keep costs down. They were extremely kind, honest and understanding, and I definitely felt like they put my needs first. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

They’ve done fabulous work on our cars several times. Always friendly and super responsive and very communicative. Recently had a sensor issue well after some repair work that I didn’t realize was (probably) from a small oversight during the initial repair, and they refunded the entire cost from another mechanic in good faith. Was incredibly impressed by that.

I searched for a auto body shop. This was the only shop that had the most positive reviews and 4.9 stars. They really should have five stars! My car looks beautiful! A deer had run into. They even vacuumed out my car which most shops won't do. I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody! So for this I say a huge thank you!

I’ve done business with them 3 different times for 3 different projects.1. Realigned my Jeep and brush guard after hitting a deer.2.Repaired my sisters Jeep from storm damage3.Installed a brush guard on my Chevy Colorado.They do excellent work at fair prices and their staff is incredibly friendly.
