Think twice before stepping into this dealership. It's nothing but a trap! The staff will charm you with promises and smiles until they make the sale. But once you're out the door, prepare to be ghosted. ??
I bought a car that started falling apart almost immediately. Attempts to get it fixed under warranty were met with excuses and endless delays. It's clear they care more about quick sales than customer satisfaction or safety. ?️?
Their after-sales service is a joke. When you need them the most, they'll just ignore your calls and emails. Don't be fooled by the glossy exterior and smooth talking. You'll end up paying more for repairs than the car is worth. Save yourself the stress and find a more trustworthy place to shop. ⚠️

I had a truly disappointing experience at this place. They might smile and seem friendly when they're trying to make a sale, but trust me, it's just a facade. Once they've got your money, their true colors show. ??
They specialize in dressing up lemons—those cars look shiny and appealing on the lot, but it's all surface-level. Once you drive off, the problems begin. My car started having issues just a week after purchase.
Their lack of responsibility and transparency is appalling. It's clear they don't stand behind their vehicles at all. Save yourself the headache and take your hard-earned money somewhere more reputable. ???

Great customer service team. Experienced, friendly, no pressure sales professional. These guys truly care about the customer and work hard with finance to help me stay within my budget. Got my Lincoln here very pleased and would go back if I ever get any other car , very nice people and service is good if you need it they will fix and be there . So far best dealership been to in years I was worried about review but words and in person is two different things if anyone looking for car best go in person than read reviews . Blessed

I would recommend Nawabe auto to anyone. Everyone here is exceptional! Their customer service is amazing very pleasant! Some things ended up being wrong with the car I purchased and they made right,, you can't find too many places that will even help you let alone do a little extra!! Thank all of you !! Michael you are an excellent salesman !! Never lose that smile and and will to help others that may be down own their luck and have a limited income. Thank you Abdul for making this happen. ⛔️⛔️⚠️I detailed 3 cars for this dealership and I can tell they’re all crooks. The conditions of the cars were horrible before we touched them… they sell cars that look good but mechanic wise they’re not in good conditions at all.They also believed we were illegally in the country and refused to pay for the work we performed until proof was showed that we are actually legal here.???BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOKS! ??

I purchased my car 2016 Chevy Impala low miles back in May. Just here recently I noticed a lot of condensation on the inside of my windows and it started smelling like mildew. I went to get something off the floor in the back seat and it was totally wet. I opened the trunk and the wheel well was full of water. The seal on the back light had broken, letting in water. I called and told Michael I had a problem and explained to him what was going on, he told me to bring it in and they would look at it. By the time I got there he told me they will replace the light. they have ordered a new one. Had to wait for the light to come in. go down to get the light changed, not only did they change the light they changed all 4 lights on the back and also upgraded to led lights and charged me nothing. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life. But never the customer service like here. They stand by their cars. I highly recommend them.

I have awful credit and needed a car, Michael asked me how much I had to put down and I told him and he told me oh I will get you in a car. We started working on it and he said you make enough for the Chevy. I was worried that they wouldn't be able to get me financed, but he did. I would recommend them. Very friendly and he seemed to be honest.
