I was sold a faulty home internet gateway so I went to this store and the 2 girls were so nice and helpful. They assisted me in cancelling the service with the faulty home internet gateway and helped me set up a whole new service that now works flawlessly at my new place. Thank you!

Dishonest about pricing. He tried to charge us 200 dollars more than another store. Also lacks good customer service to those that are not Spanish speaking.

We have been with Metro PCS for 10 years (2013) and love the cell phone plans and tower service. We have always had decent customer service from the Manassas stores, but the guy running this Culpeper store is very rude and arrogant! He needs training in greeting customers when they come into the store, especially when he's waiting on other customers and the wait will be longer than usual for you unless you speak Spanish because his co-worker doesn't speak English and can only wait on Spanish speaking customers. A friendly explanation and apology for the wait could go a long way at the beginning of entering the store then with his attitude after a 10 to 15 minute wait in his line and asking why all the others are being serviced in hers! Needless to say we ended up going across the street to Walmart and buying a new Metro PCS phone!!!

Went there and the time on the website says open till 8 but when I get there at 7:20 they close. Need to fix that for customers

The person who poses as the owner of this Culpeper store is an ignorant person who does not know how to treat customers, he is arrogant and offers services that he does not have the ability to give to customers, apart from he presumes how stupid he is.

Had a family member go there a few days ago, he was overcharged for the phone he got. He paid 100 dollars while I have gone to a different location and they only charged me 70 dollars for the same phone. I feel like they were very dishonest about pricing to him.
