Me & my fiance had our tires changed on October 11th. One of them blew after getting them changed ( NOT AT NTB but TOWN TIRES ), it was 6:45 pm and NTB was the only place open. They helped us SO MUCH. Not only did they give us a brand new GREAT tire, the lady also paid the $15 I was short for my tire. I highly recommend this place!! 15/10 customer service & products.

OOPS NTB did it again. This time in my home city. Had a tire issue, got taken in at a late hour in the evening, got a great tire deal, and fast service. NTB seems to have made a difference in customer service and reliability, from what it was a few years ago. Great job NTB team and management. Keep it up and my car will always look forward to the best next service from you.

I had to pull off the highway after my car started making an unusual noise. They identified and corrected issues other shops missed. They had me back on the road in no time!

Outstanding NTB!!! Best auto service found. They did not try to up sell on unneeded services. My vehicle was taken back before appointment time. The customer service was professional and direct. Questions answered without pressure or hesitation. Down to earth crew. Many choices on good quality products & services with competitive/reasonable pricing. I will be bringing both cars here for tires, services and inspections from now on. Thank you.

Needed six tires in a hurry, called him up and got my tires came in on Saturday late got them mounted and balanced and back on the road. Great place to work with in the people are very nice.

Had a valve stem blow out on the way to their shop to pick up tires and they fixed it at a reasonable price and pretty fast too. David the tech who helped me and my dad even found a second failing valve stem and topped off the other tires. Would absolutely recommend

John and his team were amazing. I brought my truck in for a leak in my tire. Turns out it was a crack in my rim. They put the spare on so I could at least get around until the new rim arrived. They went above and beyond to help me and most importantly, to keep me save. Highly recommend to everyone.
