Bought a car here this time last year and the car has been nothing but problems from the beginning. Here it is almost a year later and the car is complete trash. I only drive locally for work so I did not put hardly any miles on it. We called today to see if they would forgive the rest of what I owe because of the issues. Mike's wife was completely rude and unprofessional. I only owe around $900 on a $4,000 plus car. The car wasn't even worth $1,000. They won't do anything about it and preceeded to blame me for the problems. Terrible place to go to. It's a set up for failure and a waste if money.

They where extremely rude and snappy and acted like they care less about people asking about car. Half the cars on lot where not for sale yet , so only 2 cars on whole lot where available. Try to ask about cars they cut us off in mid sentence . Tried talk to them twice already so we stop by twice.

Just came here to try and buy a car, I was in a great mood smiling and all. I came in just asking for the correct information I would need to bring in order to get the car... the lady at the desk was rude. I asked her which car was the one she told me about her reply was “I don’t know what color it is, I don’t go outside” i then asked what papers I would need and she had a rude attitude about that. Don’t waste your time, it’s nothing but rudeness the second you walk into the door and it’s no point. Wasted my time.

I recently purchased my truck from M and M having problems with it from day one. I informed Mike less than 30 days of having thr vehicle it was leaking oil. I know i know I get it AS IS NO WARRANTY. So then it had transmission problems and A LOT of front line problems which shouldn't of passed inspection per the mechanic shop. I replaced over 1,000 on break line work. Now the transfer case gone bad ($909 plus labor) I just been having nothing but bad luck with this truck. I just wish I didn't buy it, nobody fault but mine. They just didn't seem to wanna help. I am even willing to take on another payment in order to have a car to survive but they ssid, nope need another down payment for a new account. I work really hard and all I was looking for was reliable transportation, and I counted on them to help but they got me on this one.

Went here to look at cars and he wouldn't help me. Didn't run my credit, didn't get any info from me at all other than the fact that I didn't have a down payment. Went to carmax and drove a car off the lot that day after he said i for sure couldn't...

Love m and m auto sales didnt know my father didnt pay on my car unfortunately had to give it back owed to much but will be returning individually to get my own car here I recommend everyone thats having a hard time getting around witg a good job to come here they are excellent people and they will see me soon!!!

We leased a car from here in October 2015 after hearing several good things about them and the vehicles they offer!! Here it is about 5 months later and the car we still owe almost 5 grand on the transmission is going out on it!!! I understand the no warranty on there vehicles but after paying almost 3 grand so far they should work with us and fix it we do not have the money to pay for such an expensive repair after less than 6 months of leasing it!!
