This has to be the worst run Lowe's in the country. I go anywhere else unless I need something right now, I'll even go to Ruckersville or Manassas to avoid this store. I can't get an employee to help me with anything even with dozens walking around talking to each other, whether I need wiring, chain, or something else, whether it's busy or not, it's a miracle if someone comes to help within 20 minutes. I had an employee tell an elderly couple to come to me to help find something the other day, the employee couldn't even look at the app like everyone else, literally pawned a customer off on another customer, I gave no indication I knew where anything was to the employee. They also tried to scam me out of a refund for a generator I ordered from them online, never used, it was falsely advertised as supporting 30A, it was a half hour long argument with the manager with him trying to claim the local store refund policy trumps the corporate policy, don't believe them. Call corporate to complain.

Love Lowes!! I have had such great luck with the plants and flowers that I have bought from here!! They all look so beautiful and they have lived for years now. My husband buys all his Kobalt tools from here and he loves them. Never had any issues with them.

This is still a SORRY ...... store!!! They still have 4 to 5 individuals standing in front of self check out because the manager is trying to save a ..... nickel!! NO ONE TO CHECK YOU OUT AT THE CASH REGISTER!!!! I live within walking distance so I come to get what I need. When I see no one to check me out, I just set the item anywhere and walk out of the store. I have had a basket of things I needed and just went to another store. It's a ..... shame the customer service in this store is the worst!!! They only get away with it because of no competition. I would rather drive to Warrenton then give this store my money!!!
...... HORRIBLE!!! The customer service and check out. At 5pm it's self check out and they always want to blame corporate why the three individuals standing around doing nothing in front of the cash register. The manager blows smoke up your ... on why they can't provide service. I can walk to this place because I live right behind it! I am so damn tired of the excuses.
I have bought major house hold items from this store. Never again!!!! I will drive 30 minutes out of the way to Hone Depot.

This store is garbage. The manager there some african guy i can tell is racist and a liar. Had two job interviews there. For 49 hour work weeks and after wasting my time i get told its for 10 hours and he lies about (not being able to find the posting that said 40hrs) i showed him right on my phone.
I want this guy fired and i will try hard to make it happen. Calling corporate and the BBB

Works are not working there positions and when we ask for help they keep telling us go back to the front not even trying to help do not come here if your not wanting to wait 40 minutes for a small load.

IMPORTANT IF YOU APPLY HERE BUT HAVE A BACKGROUND...
I twice now have applied at lowes, supposedly passed the background check. Made it to the interview, which this last time having to wait over a hour for my scheduled interview. Did so and got a offer letter only to be told for the second time that they couldn't move forward. They are unorganized in store and in careers and do not know what they are speaking on or they wouldn't keep giving me wrong information and leading me on. The first time I quit the job I currently had when I got offered the position I did. I do have a background that is non violent or theft related but they should not play with peoples lives like they have with mine.

Changed the store around, sales associate did not know where things were located, and when looked up, were told the isle we were looking for, but that isle no longer existed. Went from isle 27 to isle 30, hard to get something from isle 28

It's a shame that they have cut out so much of the Military discount on so many items. Wood, seeds, appliances n more. Go to buy a fridge n stove n each one was can't sell that one, what the heck.
