I take back everything I said about Jonathan & this dealership. These people don’t answer the phone to us for nothing with things that are important matter but of course, once they have the sale, your money, & everything else they needed why would they answer your phone calls? That customer service excellence disappears once a sale has been finalized ????? they don’t answer their phones no more!!!! Acting like an ex or something LOOL

Zero stars if I could! JT was all about helping us then I couldn’t get a call back. I called him and he lied saying he’d call back in 30 mins. It’s been an entire day… done! Will not be back and will not recommend to anyone. Lost a cash sale! ??

Eddie was amazing, he talked us through the whole process and made sure we were taken care of! He and his team were able to get us the monthly payment we wanted with no down payment on our new RAV4. We will be back and see him for any other vehicle purchase!
