The Marion, Ohio Kohl's store has amazing customer service tram members. I made a large purchase, AND had to go back to exchange some of it the following day, and they were simply phenomenal. I hope their leaders realize what a treasure they have.

I had to do a return with no supporting paperwork. The young lady who assisted me was helpful, courteous, and efficient. When I checked out with the cashier Chris, she was and always is friendly and helpful.

My family has been a consistent customer of Kohl’s for many years. I believed this store to be just as good, as we have enjoyed shopping here until a recent experience. Prior to entering, we were conscious of the shortly upcoming closing time. As such, we were going to be as brief as possible with our shopping. Regardless, we were racially discriminated against by employees, complaining about how we were going to overstay for their assumption that we couldn’t understand or speak English. As much as I enjoy the products sold at this business, I’m unsure if I ever want to return and give my money to a place that will racially discriminate. We hope that no one else will have to experience this discrimination simply for their race when they are simply trying to shop within the allowed time. Extremely disappointed

Can never use coupons on thing due to everything being excluded from coupons. Store was not stocked and was messy in some areas. Definitely will be closing out my account with them

30 percent off is a joke!! At the register , you find out that everything you have purchased doesnt qualify!

Went to Kohl's to purchase bedding supplies. Found items and proceeded to checkout. Cashier was courteous and efficient.

Terrible customer service, I was returning an item, before I went back to customer service I pick out a couple of items to get, when I went to Customer Service I was the only one there, the associate did my return and then told me I had to go to the front to check out. I got to the front, 1 register open, I was the third person in line. No call for help up front, you could see other associates stocking, waited over 10 minutes. Did not use to be that way.
