The Marion, Ohio Kohl's store has amazing customer service tram members. I made a large purchase, AND had to go back to exchange some of it the following day, and they were simply phenomenal. I hope their leaders realize what a treasure they have.

I had to do a return with no supporting paperwork. The young lady who assisted me was helpful, courteous, and efficient. When I checked out with the cashier Chris, she was and always is friendly and helpful.

I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s. The store got great sales and more importantly, they carry my shirt size.
