Dealing with Integrity has been great. Morgan is the lady you'll meet when you check in. She's knowledgeable and fun to deal with. Two other places I checked with before choosing Integrity were nuts! One told me that the noise I was hearing was the tires and was a common complaint with my car. The joke to that is that I worked at the GM factory that built that car and never heard a anythng like that. Plus it was so loud you couldn't talk in that car at highway speeds. No way that was caused by tires.
Another one told me that he didn't work on foreign cars. I told him that the car was built by GM in Spring Hill,Tennessee. His response was "It's still a foreign car to me."
So, as it is I am very happy with Integrity and plan to stick with them. They do good work.

Courteous folks on the phone and in person. They made me feel important, even though I’m really not lol.
Most of all, Integrity gave me what I asked for. I called that morning for service later in the day (knowing that’s not always possible). I received a 30 minute oil change and was quickly checked out so that I could stay on schedule. Very much appreciated and I highly recommend. Thank you very much Integrity!

I was charged $90.43 to replace a cabin air filter (2 minutes to complete this job) and $144 for 5 qt oil change, I will never be going back.
