They don't repair windshields. That's all I needed done. They also didn't refer me to a place that would or offer other alternatives.

I previously reported five stars, but after going to the dealership, I learned that the windshield was installed crooked and that the HUD was not properly calibrated. I spoke to Derrick, and he stated that it was installed correctly and it's only one way to install it. He sort of blew me off as though I did not know what I was talking about. Due to bad customer services and workmanship, I am now rating them 2 stars and I would have given a 1 star, but at least the windshield did not leak.Lessons learned, you cannot trust everything that most say or do, to include their workmanship. Now lets fast forward some months, there was a rock that hit my windshield on route 66 on my evening commute and cracked it severely, I called Safelite and found that it was indeed installed incorrectly and was not properly calibrated. Now, I have a properly installed windshield and HUD in my 2017 Cadillac Escalade. That said, I would not recommend this company to install or replace anyone's windshield, especially if it has sensors or HUD devices.

Derek is super friendly, honest and changed my windshield in a few hours. He fixed my seatbelt for no extra charge but his time is valuable so we tipped him. Thank you for being so kind. We will be reccomending him and using him in the futureService: Auto windshield replacement
