I’m jumping on the 4.7 star bandwagon! We could not have had a better experience with this service center. We happened upon the dealership on our RV trip to have someone take a quick look while our Ford chassis RV was still under warranty. While I had to leave the vehicle the customer service was exceptional!!! Ty Mr. Dubois☺️

Had a problem with a a/c vent not working. Took it to Battlefield who offered me a loaner vehicle which i didn't need but it was a generous offer. When i got home it seemed like only an hour before i was called to tell me it was much easier than expected and my truck was ready to roll. Great service.

Battlefield Ford has been exceptional with service from my experience. From the time I roll in, my comfort and concerns are their priority. I’m given updates while my vehicle is being serviced and kept in the loop with any issues. They provide water, tea, and coffee for me while I wait which usually isn’t very long. They make you feel like family!!

I needed a new key fob for my 2018 Escape which required programming. The car's computer stopped talking halfway through the download, causing a significant delay in the estimated completion time. Brandon went out of his way to keep me informed of progress every step of the reboot process so I could adjust my plans to coincide with the new expected completion and he had my bill ready in advance of delivery to save me time. He is a great representative of Battlefield Ford's service department!

Brought my Explorer in for some routine maintenance and was able to schedule my appointment online. Got a text confirming my appointment which was nice. Work was done ahead of schedule and was done just as I requested. I got a call notifying me I was close to needing some add'l work and if I wanted it done now. Always a pleasure to deal with the Service people at Battlefield Ford.

Very poor attitudes from several people in the service dept. Mechanics don't care about the quality of their work and are just rude. Tried to tell me my lift on my truck sucked and must be from Amazon... Everytime I am there it is north of $1500. Ford point system is worthless as well. Certified Gold warranty. Laughable Don't be fooled. NOTHING IS COVERED. The most recent time I was there they said the suspension was fixed. Never got out of the parking lot cause it wasn't. And they had already gotten rid of my rental to another person. Hard to believe or trust anything this dealership does. Buyer beware!!!!

Dylan and the guys at Battlefield made the buying experience easy! They stayed late to work around my schedule. Dylan also did a video meeting with my wife and I so she could get a good feel for the vehicle, since she couldn’t come with me to get it. It was raining that day so he brought the truck inside so we could get a good look at it. To top it off, he worked with his finance department to put the deal together and I was driving the truck home for my wife 24 hours after the video meeting… oh, they picked me up about 40 minutes away because my wife couldn’t come with me!
Now that’s service!!! Great job Dylan!!! Appreciate you, Jon Hays
