I’m jumping on the 4.7 star bandwagon! We could not have had a better experience with this service center. We happened upon the dealership on our RV trip to have someone take a quick look while our Ford chassis RV was still under warranty. Had a problem with a a/c vent not working. Took it to Battlefield who offered me a loaner vehicle which i didn't need but it was a generous offer. When i got home it seemed like only an hour before i was called to tell me it was much easier than expected and my truck was ready to roll. Great service.
