Took my brand new 2022 Ford Edge in for service and my experience was wonderful. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted with a good morning from one of the service workers (Michelle Medero) in turn made the experience even more welcoming. They were very informative about the service on my vehicle and how everything works at their dealership.

A few days ago, I ran into some car trouble. It was a Saturday close to closing time when my car was towed to Battlefield Ford Service Center. I was driving through from Florida, on my way to New Jersey and was worried about having to wait until Monday to receive service. David Ledgre decided to take a quick look and see if the problem was small so they could fix it and get me on my way quickly. It turned out that I just needed a new battery, so he quickly changed it for me. I am so grateful for the amazing service and thoughtful actions on the part of David and a mechanic also named David. They could have waited until Monday morning, but they chose to take that look and fix the problem right then. Their service reinforces my loyalty to Ford. I recommend Battlefield Ford Service to anyone in need of repairs!

Battlefield has serviced our family fleet of Fords for 12 years. We've owned as many as 5 Ford vehicles at a time and they've kept them all running well. We've always found them to be honest and trustworthy. When they tell us our car will be ready by a certain time, it always is. They are patient to answer our questions about needed repairs and good about telling us what needs to be done now and what can wait. Their loyalty program has saved us hundreds of dollars in repairs and free oil changes.

Nice front desk staff and service writers. Easy to make appointment. Service work was complete with one issue that has now happened two times in a row. I have a Ford Transit and when you rotate the tires there is a calibration that is required to be performed by the service tech. In the last two times at the dealership they failed to do this. They did correct it on the second visit but it was a hassle to take the van back each time to get something done right. What ever happened to following the service protocols. Overall staff seems apathetic about this and does not realize how it reflects on the trust of the client to do the right thing. Will not take any of my vehicles back.

Having had many different experiences with other car dealer service departments, we were not JUST pleasantly surprised, we were AMAZED! Every single service technician, service advisor and cashier were fantastic to us. They did the work we needed and asked for, made suggestions for possible services we may want to consider for the future, all without any pressure. They are considerate of our time and our vehicles. We recommend them highly.

I usally receive good service. But I have to be very specific in the maintenance questions I ask. Clayton is very helpful and knowledgeable and I prefer to talk with him on my maintenance issues. During my recent oil change and tire rotation service, Daniel failed to mention to me about the repair shop renovation going on and change of checking in location. It was very confusing trying to figure out where to check in. I also have the staff show me after the service is performed on exactly what they did. We go to my car and each service done is pointed out to me in detail. That is the only way that I feel comfortable that the service was performed to my satisfaction. The staff has always worked well with me in doing this. I am always advised of other services my vehicle may need and given the choice in having it done at Battlefield. But I do my homework and compare the estimate to other dealerships to see where I get best value. Battlefield is usually comparable in value. Overall, I like Battlefield, but really have to question them to ensure I receive the service I requested at the estimate I was provided.

This is one of the WORST dealers I have ever dealt with and our relationship is over!! First, their 'technician' tore up the inside of my Ford Focus with a screwdriver trying to get the radio out. Had to get the interior redone. They also used my Goldstar warranty so they would get paid!! Then I took my Mustang in for a tire rotation and the 'technician' stole my Pony center caps or lost/broke them. They could give a shit about you in service. Drive! Drive far away! Get service somewhere else!!!! Thieves and dishonest workers there!!!!!!!
