The service department is a total rip off... I will never take my vehicles to this place again. I am not a person to complain but $70 to replace a tag light? Is this not crazy???? I can assure when my wife wants a new car in 2025 it won't be from Battlefield Chevrolet of Culpeper!!!

I recent bought a 2022 Silverado and had one of the best salesman I have ever had (Werner) . He was very personable, pleasant and extremely responsive. This review is NOT to be taken lightly as I buy Chevy vehicles (2) every few years and probably have had at least 25 Chevys over the years.

I've graced this planet for 50 years and never thought I'd rejoice on the day of visiting a dealership's service department. Battlefield Chevrolet changed all of that. In June 2024, I made a horrible purchase at a name-branded Arlington dealership: a 1999 Chevrolet Corvette. Despite my inspections, computer checks, reviews, and dialogue, the car had deeply hidden mechanical issues that revealed themselves only three days after my purchase. After fighting with the Arlington dealership for days because they were denied and refused to honor their warranty service, a senior official at the Arlington dealership stepped into the situation and acted in good faith. At this point, and on his insistence, I took the Corvette to the closest Chevrolet dealership with certified Corvette technicians on staff, which was Battlefield Chevrolet. That alone was a noteworthy moment for car dealerships because, I had lost all faith in them by this point. Then, Battlefield Chevrolet's Service Department, precisely a young lady named Ashleigh, listened to my story and proceeded to not only service my car but also make it a personal mission to ensure it got fixed completely and beyond my level of initial damage. She directed her staff to review the car for all legitimate related issues to the original problem, and they found them. Then, she and her staff meticulously repaired the car and refused a new dealership-level part, failing the initial inspection to ensure my costly repair was done once and correctly. She and her staff remained in constant contact with the original dealership and me during the extensive repairs done under the original dealership warranty agreement. Upon my request, Ashleigh, had the Corvette, a lifelong dream car of mine, fully inspected. The technician found a few minor issues and recommended repairs independent of the catastrophic engine failure covered under warranty. Upon his recommendation, I directed Ashleigh to have the repairs made. They were, and Battlefield Chevrolet worked with me on the pricing. Finally, after about a month of service time, the Corvette was returned to me. It runs better than it probably ever has, and my family and I can enjoy it. While my experience with the original dealership was horrific, minus the senior-level management, my experience with Battlefield Chevrolet service could not have been better, and was in fact, soul-saving for us. How good was my experience with Battlefield Chevrolet service? I'm half-inclined to break my car just to go back. I kid. My experience at Battlefield Chevrolet Service was the best-damned car dealership experience of my entire life. Ashleigh and her team weren't just professional; they were personal. While they had my Corvette, it was "their" Corvette, and I got the best care possible. Real people staff the service staff, who care about their cars, each other, and you as a customer. If I saw them in town, I'd shake their hands, introduce them to my wife and daughter, and let them pet my dogs. That's how genuine, kind, intelligent, and protective the service team was of my car and me during a horrible time. You may think I may be embellishing. I assure you I am not. Battlefield Chevrolet Service is the real deal, and they deserve every glowing word in this review.

I was truck shopping and stumbled upon a used GMC Sierra 2500 AT4 that I was interested in. I had inquired about nearly 15 different trucks and Noah@Battlefield was the only salesperson that I spoke to (out of many dealerships in PA, NY, VA & NJ) who didn't give me a pushy/aggressive vibe. He was professional and went above and beyond throughout the process. His communication was fantastic and he personally delivered my truck - 4 hours away (for a small fee) - in an extremely short time frame. Amy in Finance was also awesome and enjoyable to work with.
