They do excellent work, are very kind, explain everything thoroughly and get repairs done quickly. Well Trans Auto Dynamics was able to fix it with a helicoil, and I was back on the road for only 300 bucks. “When my wife and I found this 2021 Mazda CX-9 Carbon Edition online, we were excited but quite reluctant to travel to a dealership almost 1.5 hrs from the DMV. But our sales consultant Elijah was extremely responsive, communicative, and straightforward. Based on our research, I was confident this was the car we wanted. So we were able to reach an agreement in principle via text, email, and phone calls prior to us driving out there for a test drive. When we arrived, all the paperwork was prepared, and we fell in love with the car during our test drives. Plus, my 2 kids had a clean comfortable place to watch their iPads while we did business. But most important, the customer service was exceptional, and Elijah and his manager Jeremy streamlined a process that always and agonizingly took hours at every other dealership I've worked with. We were there for less than 1.5 hrs. And we later found out that multiple people were strongly interested in the Mazda, but Elijah held it for us until we arrived. Bottom line: we highly recommend Battlefield Chevrolet! It's worth making the trip from metro DMV!”

“Nate and Derrick helped me out with a knock sensor issue I was having with my 98 Civic. They were very professional and had great communication throughout the entire process of diagnosing and fixing the issue with my car. The price I had in mind that I was going to pay was actually way less then I anticipated. Their pricing is fair and they're knowledge of Japanese cars is very impressive. I was more than happy with the work they did on my car. I would definitely recommend these guys and their shop. Your car will be in good / capable hands.”
“After an accident that was not my fault my car was towed to Gilmores. It sat in their yard for almost 7 weeks while the insurance company slowly processed the claim due to lack of response from the other driver, who caused the accident. Needless to say during that time it accumulated a large storage fee. The insurance company only paid me a small amount on storage but by that time it had been sitting in there for seven weeks and I just needed to get the claim settled and get back in a vehicle. I talked with the manager Derek and he expressed that I had not received a fair deal from the insurance company, but that he was willing to work with me. A few days later, I was able to get everything settled with him, he was extremely fair and worked everything out with me when he could have just said that it wasn’t his problem. I will definitely be recommending Gilmores to anyone in the future, they are very honest and fair people to work with, and they really helped me out in a tough situation.”

“You cannot beat the prices for new tires here. Being new to the area, I was always used to just ordering tires online, but I’ve heard great things about this place so I had to check them out myself. They went above and beyond and texted me some options for tires making the whole process seamless. I called on a Monday morning to order a new set of 4, and they were delivered just a few hours later to the shop. They called me and told me that I could come by whenever and they would get them installed! Came the next day and they were extremely quick, professional, honest, and clean. Definitely check out this shop if you’re in the need for new or used tires!”
“Me & my fiance had our tires changed on October 11th. One of them blew after getting them changed ( NOT AT NTB but TOWN TIRES ), it was 6:45 pm and NTB was the only place open. They helped us SO MUCH. Not only did they give us a brand new GREAT tire, the lady also paid the $15 I was short for my tire. I highly recommend this place!! 15/10 customer service & products.”

The first encourage is with Kaitlin at the front desk. She is absolutely delightful and genuine and efficient. She makes you feel welcome when you walk in and cares about giving you the best service possible.
Dan, my service manager, was similarly professional and efficient and cared about getting the repairs done right. He was excellent in keeping me informed with text updates and phone calls when necessary.
When I dropped my truck off for repair, the team was even ready to take me to pick up a rental car when I thought I would have to wait.
