Very professional, courteous, and thoughtful. I Stopped by to pick up coffee for family member in hospital and added a special request for some plain toast. Alia and Latasha went out of their way to help me and were so kind. Outstanding service and thanks to both for keeping me a 7-11 Regular! Thanks!

On my travels I pumped gas . Purchased snacks and drinks. The issue is they have no restroom. When you have travelers who use your services I find it important to have a restroom. *Travelers this isn't a one stop shop. Go to the next exit and find a nice clean gas station with good snacks and a restroom.

This is the worst Store, employees like the manager are terrible, I don't know how racist managers this position has. Bad service, they never have coffee, I don't recommend this place, I prefer to drive to Wawa, which has good service, everything is clean, never Sierra
So before visiting this place think twice, it's the worst thing they always saw the store

This store is trash. also they have a sign on the door that says “Be back in 15 minutes” ..Doors locked. No one in sight.

I love stopping at this 7-11 (the only one in Culpeper I will stop at) everyone is always so polite and welcoming! The store is very clean. No matter what kind of day I am having everyone there makes it better with their kindness!

Cashiers were nice however the manager was extremely disrespectful and a bit hostile. Did not feel comfortable being there. They didn't have a very welcoming demeanor at all. Maybe a bad day but still unacceptable. They even spoke lowly of their cashiers.

My wife and I stopped here for gas and to use the facilities over the weekend. There is a sign on the bathroom door in the back that says "no public restroom"... My wife pleaded with the woman behind the counter that it was very urgent she use the restroom yet it wasn't allowed, they told us to go to the grocery store down the street. We instead went to the Exon station a few doors down to fill up with gas and use the restroom. I'm not sure I've ever heard of a gas station without a public restroom and uncaring staff that wouldn't make an exception to a person in need.

My 12 year old daughter went in to get some things as I waited in the car. She came out and said the lady working in there was so rude. She said she basically accused her of making a mess at the slurpee machine. Saying....,,was that mess there before? Then at the checkout another customer was going to use cash but I guess she didn't feel like waiting for them to get it out and rudely said......can you just insert your card!? I asked my daughter what she looked liked and from what she described the only mess in the store was the ladies makeup and attitude. When your ugly on the inside ya gotta at least try to look better on the outside. Hope she feels better soon because she will be rude to the wrong person sooner or later. This world today will chew you up and spit you out.
