USPS manages to lose or delay 3/4 of all packages. I honestly think they should not be allowed to deliver packages anymore. They need training from both Amazon & FedEx, because they are an actual joke. They also manage to lose almost all important mail too, because you can see it on informed delivery and then it never comes. Either they have a serious theft problem or they need a serious investigation into their policies. If I lost even 1% of the stuff they do, I would be fired. No company should be allowed to operate this way and have a monopolization of the entire mail industry. I also get my neighbor’s mail all the time and run around delivering it like it’s my job. I definitely have more problems since moving to this area than previous post offices.

The Barracks Shopping Center post office is outstanding! I go out of my way to use this post office branch because it is so good - friendly, helpful and efficient. Kendrick and James should get 10 stars!The Charlottesville post office powers that be just reduced staffing at the Barracks branch from three people to two people. Lines can get long and, likely, the two remaining staff will become worn out. Another sad fail from the Charlottesville post office management. Ironic it's at the same time postage stamp rates increased to $.66. Is it any wonder the post office has trouble keeping staff.

My packages seem not to make it to me more than not They lie about saying they are delivered when they deliver them to other People or leave them on the truck I don't know what their problem is but they need to restructure this office

Haven’t visited personally. I live in Florida. One of my favorite singers, when I order merch it goes out of here. From them to USPS to UPS to me. They lost my package! I had to contact staff team of the singer to get a second one sent out. And only then did i get it.

Very disappointed in Crozet, VA post office delivery. Package from Amazon due yesterday, Nov 22,2021. Got email said they couldn't access my front door. Not true. She delivered it today and left it at the bottom of my ramp. She couldn't take 30 seconds and bring it to my front door as promised by Amazon. As I am disabled and use a walker it is painful for me to walk that far. Thanks again Crozet Post office.

Usually I don’t have problems with this post office but this is not only the 1st but 2 Nd time I have had an order that was said to be delivered and left in mailbox or beside mailbox and when I went to check it was not there !! So as far as getting packages are concern they have lied about it being done and where it was said to be !! They need to pay more attention to deliveries and where they are to go then to just out of no where it is not delivered !! So please pay more attention to deliveries and so fourth !!

I’ve had 3 packages of mine delivered to someone else in the last month. 2 of my neighbors were kind enough to bring them to me. One package was delivered somewhere but I never received it. I have also received mail in my box that belonged to other people, twice in the last month. Something needs to be done. Other people are complaining too.

If I could give a negative star I would. The Charlottesville Va post office is the worst! I have two packages that are lost that have been "delivered". I'm upset with both but the most upsetting is a set of antique coins that I ordered that were supposedly delivered on 4/17 @2:36pm. There was plenty of junk mail in my box so they know where my box is, so I'm not sure why the coins were NOT in there. You call the number listed on the po website and cannot get anyone. I have called every number listed for help and no one answers and you cannot leave a message. Where is the help? Instead of giving money to this service you should be taking it away! They don't care nor do they want to help!

I'm sure glad we have this Post Office here in Crozet. They do the best they can with what seems to be limited staffing.

If I could give this post office ZERO stars I would. I have been having problems getting my packages delivered; tracking would say the package was delivered but it wasn't (this is community mailbox). Once that package said delivered on a certain date which it wasn't and it showed up a week later with another package for a neighbor. Current package said delivered last Friday and we haven't seen it yet. I went to the post office hoping to get some help, NOPE! All I got was rude, disingenuous, disinterested clerks. They didn't even apologize for the errors. One ( curly haired lady') told me that all she could do was contact the carrier to check the boxes and they would get back with me....right...when has that ever happened? Problem is that I ordered a costume part for my son's play next week and if it's not here then we have a problem. When I inquired what could I do she just shook her head and told me she's just a clerk, not a supervisor. So I asked to speak with the supervisor and she left, I assumed to get the supervisor. After waiting about five minutes Jackie, another clerk, came and told me there weren't any supervisors there today. ????? So why did the curly haired lady say ok and leave when I requested the supervisor???? Customer service?? Nope, none here. As a matter of fact when I asked Jackie what could be done she shrugged her shoulders and said 'I don't know. Too bad it's your problem.' Wow!!!! Then Janet came up and said they've told you everything and there is nothing we can do. I asked Janet for the curly haired lady's name and she just walked away! I am shocked and frankly disappointed with every person I came in contact with at that post office. I recommend USPS do some big time customer service training! As this is utterly unacceptable.
