The ACAC therapist listened carefully to what I was experiencing and selected a set of exercises and movements that have helped resolve a good part of the issue. His coaching through the exercises was very helpful and consistent.

It's a blessing to live a long, meaningful life with cherished loved ones, but as Emerson reminded us, "for everything we gain, we lose something." In my case, balance and gait was my "loss." A competent, kind, and caring staff at Physical Therapy, ACAC, Crozet, VA, helped to significantly improve my condition. As all good teams, they never gave up. They were also very patient with me. I'm thankful my daughter referred me to them.

Agnes has been working with me for a few years now, and she has always gotten me out of pain--between her work and the exercises she gives me. As long as she is working as a physical therapist, I won't see anyone else. She is very personable, and the whole staff is very professional.

The staff is friendly and efficient at the front desk. My therapist is terrific, knowledgeable, listens, and pays attention to my needs. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for my appointments. I've been here for two different conditions in the past year, had two different therapists, and both times I recovered quicker than I expected. I will always go to ACAC PT in Crozet. Great place.
