PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!! DO NOT HIRE Ralph Weese!! GOOGLE him to get accurate info!!Ralph Weese uses ILLEGAL and UNETHICAL tactics to make his living. He CHEATED my 76 YEAR OLD Mother.Ralph took my grandmother's 12 room home, full of ANTIQUES, with full basement and walk-in attic, and 80 years of accumulation AND TOLD MY MOTHER SHE ONLY MADE $3000.00.While we get there are no set prices in auctions this was not the cause of this financial loss. All auctioneers are REQUIRED BY LAW to provide you an itemized list of what is sold - our list included items my grandmother didn't own; it also conveniently left off some of the bigger ticket items.Ralph also kept more money for himself sighting unspecified fees. These fees were NOT MENTIONED IN THE CONTRACT which was signed by my Mother with 6 WITNESSES (3 of his own employees and 3 of our family!!Whenever we tried to contact Ralph for resolution he could not be reached and his mailbox was full. Occasionally he would answer, but that stopped once he recognized all of our phone numbers!!IT CANNOT BE OVERSTATED: RALPH WEESE IS A CHEAT!!UPDATE: RESPONSE to OWNER:My grandmother could not have been happy with your service as she had been dead for several years before we hired you. If you must lie to refute a review it is only further evidence of your lack of ethics and common decency.

Great place to sell and buy. Have always received itemized list for items sold and compared with mine. Always checked out in comparison and quick payment. Sales fees are great and reasonable compared to others .It takes a lot to run a business from experience. From nic-nacs to furniture, equipment , antiques, tools and houses. Etc. Always have been satisfied with sales and purchases. These are very hard working people and will go above and beyond to help you and even try to help you find items your looking for. Yes and a great snack bar! A+Excellent Service. So go out and have a good time,auctions are fun an you never know what deals you may find. Great Job Guys!

Make sure you go to him and get your money right away. He will talk to you nicely to make you part with your goods and write a contract. When it comes time to giving you your money....he will delay and stall. i had to call him for 2-3 weeks before he mailed me a check minus his commission. he still has some of the items with him he has not sold. he told me to come and pick it up on wednesday. He was not there. It was 64 miles for me to go back and forth. No accountability.There is no cell phone reception in this area that is deep in the country side. Also he will not answer his phone and his voice mail is full. He has his residence up on the hill from the auction. He will not answer his door if you knock on his door.I am very dissapointed with his lack of professionalism.He finally returned some of the items he was supposed to on Thursday. I was missing a power cord from my lamp.....he claimed it did not come with a cord (and I had it in great condition when I gave it to him and it had a power cord)He will try to delay you so that you do not confront him face to face at the day of the auction for his money by saying he mailed you the check. Go there anyway in person and collect your money. He can always put a stop order on his check. (if he has even mailed it!!)My suggestion to all of you reading the review....be at the auction when he is auctioning the items you gave him and collect on it right away. Because he will avoid you and not pay you if he can. It is nothing short of criminal.The man "Ralph" is very friendly. But put that to one side and make sure you collect your money from him right away. That is the bottom line!!
