“Dr. Hooven was compassionate and understanding when helping us, with end of life care, for our furbaby. I had mixed up the appointment time but she still managed to give us the time we needed, to say our goodbyes. I felt like she truly cared for our pet and our feelings. Despite being rushed because of us, she was patient and took her time. I believe our pet went peacefully because of Dr. Hooven's grace and care. The location is a bit out of the way but I would go back in a heartbeat, if we lived closer.”
