Our adventure started with a call ahead to arrange a tour of the facility. Bill Sr. Picked us up at the airport and gave us the red carpet service ride to the plant. We all were greeted by the whole crew and Bill Jr.showed us the entire facility while they loaded up the tires and tubes in Bills Sr.s truck. What a great day and clean professional facility. I was billed by the wonderfull lady at the end of the tour for the tires and we were back in the plane and on our way in no time. Good times. Thanks for helping us out with the new tires and tubes and more importantly happy to meet great people. Just made another care free order by phone today for an inner tube. WOW, friendly, professional, quick, informative help. I left voice mail to ask questions about different aircraft tires. The owner called back apologized for taking some time off and had another employee, Jane, call me right back. After her help, I placed the order and even though I am completely across the country, I got them in just a few days.CR
