I hate to say this but this was not a pleasant experience. The woman was very rude and uninformative being as my household would be new clients that have never recieved propane before. I was as polite as i possible could get but everything i said aggitated this woman and before every response she rolled her eyes and cut her head at me. Dealing with small businesses often i have never been so offended by her behavior and her half assed answers. Also, when i did answer her questions she would roll her eyes and look at me like i was d*** or that i was lying and asked me 3 more times. Then when i told her my address she just opened up her eyes at me in the rudest way instead of asking for the information she needed so i would know what else she needed. Apparently you have to understand their job more than them to be able to get anything done. Good luck if your just setting up an account for services. I Still have to waite for propane for several days and thats how i got treated.
