Dont ever buy a vehicle from Wright way motors, We bought a truck from them a couple months ago. We took the truck back 2 days later because it was making a noise on the front passenger side, Their head mechanic drove it for a few minutes amd told us that type of truck makes noise. Fast forward till now. We brought the truck in for an oil change. They finally put the truck on a lift. They told us that the truck has a bad strut on the passenger amd that it also had a leaky oil pan, wouldn't they have known that if they changed the oil like they claim they did, side note when we checked the oil it was black as night, not golden like fresh oil, Now they are telling us for 500 dollars they will fix it, I feel it should have been fixed when we brought it back after only two days. I would never again and would recommend yall not get a vehicle from them!!

I bought a Nissan Titan at the end off November 2023. After approximately six weeks it needed to have repairs and maintenance that cost me just under $1,600. I was upset. In my confusion I blamed Wrightway and posted a review stating ' buyer beware '. When you buy a vehicle ' as is ' Virginia has no lemon laws on used vehicles. Now I have over $4,000. Invested in repairs and maintenance and the vibration continues. I again tried to get Wrightway Motors to help. For $1,100. down and an extra $100. per month they wanted to sell me another one. I don't think so.

I recently sold my Chevy Tahoe to Brandon. When it came time for me to trade I wanted to give him first option to buy. We literally did the deal one evening and the next morning I had a check and a driver picking up my Tahoe from my house. He wasted no time getting it done. The process couldn’t have been any easier. And BTW, this wasn’t the first time we’ve sold vehicles to him. And each time it was this simple. They definitely know how to run a business and it’s easy to see how they’ve become such a great and reputable car dealer.
