Shawn was very polite and helpful and also patient. The process is time consuming but he was professional, explaining the steps. I wish Verizon had a recycling process for all the attachments that can no longer be used on the newer phones. I timed it right with arriving before everyone else got out of work.I will miss my 13 mini, as it was light and portable.

I came into this store on March 4th and needed help fixing a phone on my plan to be able to send and receive text messages (when Verizon out the outage a couple weeks prior all of the phones on my plan were affected and couldn't send or receive text messages.). When I had gone into this store 3 times prior to fix other phones on my account Amanda was able to help me and resolved my issue pretty quickly. I went into the store to get the last phone on my plan fixed and the guy who was working (Zack, I believe was his name), basically said he wouldn't help me and that it would be faster if I called technical support. I tried explaining to him that I had been in multiple times before and Amanda had been able to resolve my issue pretty quickly when she called from the store phone. Again Zack said it would be faster if I called and acted like he could careless about helping. I did in fact get the problem resolved when I called but it took almost an hour when it would've been a whole lot faster if he would've taken the 10-15 minutes and just called himself. I've never had a problem from this store, all the employees are usually pretty great but the experience with him has me not want to return to this store.

I really wish I could remember her name so she gets credit. She worked for Victra at the Covington, va outlet. She was 10 out of ten, she walked me through every step of the way. I have a new phone and settled my bill. I could see her running that store
