“Past midnight on I-64 east bound and 14 hrs into our drive in a 22 ft winnebago, we stop at the last diesel station still pumping. Unknowingly ,the BP station uses different colors to identify their pumps, green being gas and black diesel..12 miles up the road our rig breaks down in a precarious spot.I call our road side service help line and was told their are no tow companies available and nothing we could do at 1am. I was so worried and scared as We are not in a safe place but over as far on the shoulder as I can get.We searched local companies and found Tyler with hook n tow.He was prompt in responding, calmed my spiraling negative thoughts then towed our rig to his shop where he offered to fix it at 2am or allow us to sleep in the van with in the safety of his property. He helped us get settled in and returned in the morning ready to tackle whatever problems occurred by putting the wrong fuel in the van.He got us off that unsafe highway when he could have left us stranded...he allowed us to stay at his shop when he could easily of said no and he did so with the funniest, kindest personality. And his sweet doggie, Piper...stole my heart.Tyler not only fixed the van but also my outlook on strangers, business and mistakes.We are so utterly grateful for him literally coming to our rescue....Hook and tow is highly recommended!Service: Special vehicle towing”
