Made an appointment for Covington online, come to find out they're only there a day a week, but I got called from West Virginia? Why would I want to go 40 miles instead of .5? I wasted my time. They actual asked me if I'd like to reschedule. I think I'll find someone else. This felt very odd and disappointing.

They are awesome in the Covington office and they was phenomenal at the wv location had to take my older dog after hours she had serious injuries was in bad shape they met me at the office and kept me updated over the weekend while she had to stay they they saved her life they will now be my permanent vet???? ????????

Awesome and Caring Staff, I just moved here and they made me feel like family. Whitney at the front desk took great care, explained everything to me and answered all my questions, Im very glad they are taking care of my all my pets.
