Pharmacist is extremely rude. They don't ever seem to have the medication and it's like pulling teeth to get the rx transfered to another pharmacy.

I love going to this CVS because the staff is always so helpful and greet you when you enter the store. They're always smiling and just makes you smile too. The folks in the pharmacy are super amazing. Great work CVS ?

Not very awesome. I have many examples but here's one. Yesterday they told my wife her prescriptions weren't ready but if she waited they'd be ready in 15 minutes, we decided to just go home. This morning we showed up and they say the prescriptions aren't ready and we'd have to wait.

The Pharmacist (Jessica) is so rude! She’s is accusatory, curt, incapable of empathy, nor bldg. a positive rapport with customers & provides horrendous Customer Service. She’s made comments such as, “We have to use your insurance!” even if I’d prefer to pay cash and use GoodRx coupons. And ”I can’t fill this script early!” When it’s only a 30-day supply & 31-days in previous months. And ”We still haven’t received prior-authorization from doc, it’ll take 2 days!” Fast forward 5 days later & still no medicine has been filled. They’ve yelled requests for my personal info, while I was standing in the vitamin aisle behind five people, to find my scripts in their computer. I’d rather not yell my DOB, Meds, and other personal info (protected by HIPPA) across the store, thank you very much!! I require my meds, which is why they’re prescribed by my doctor. Jessica is NOT my doctor. She certainly doesn’t know more than my doctor. I should be able to use cash (rather than ins.) especially if I haven’t met my deductible yet! GoodRx is accepted & scripts are filled 2-days early at every other CVS location that I’ve ever frequented! This pharmacist’s unprofessional demeanor is shameful. Customer Service is non-existent at the Covington, VA location! CVS needs to find a real pharmacist OR offer her some sort of Professional Improvement Plan and Customer Service training! Help your customers, please!

The fill in pharmacist humiliated me infront of a lot of people. He put my life and my kids life in danger. There was another lady working that was rude on so many levels that was working by his side. Pharmacists do not play God. This pharmacist that will be gone tomorrow and I have his name was presented the most unethical care that once again ended up hurting myself and my child. We got it resolved at another pharmacy. There’s one more name I’ll be able to get due to the fact she works there. Pharmacists should not consider themselves doctors and at this point risking peoples lives! If this happens to you, you also have rights and please report so we can stop this happening from anyone else! No one can save you but yourself. I was assisted correctly elsewhere and ended up fine and hoping I can say the same for my child. If this happens to you, please know your rights and fight for them. You may feel temporarily embarrassed but it has to be stopped so I encourage everyone to speak up!

I'm old and have lots of prescriptions. I previously used a different CVS an hour away and then moved to Covington. Neither CVS location will transfer my prescriptions to the Covington store and said I need to call each one in when they are ready for refill. This is B.S. Their website is an absolute joke. After logging in I can't change my default CVS store and I can't get the prescriptions transferred.
