Gentleman assisting me with my part look up for battery terminals, appeared to have absolutely no idea of what i needed for my vehicle and did not make an attempt to even walk outside to view the terminals needed. I left the store and Andrew at Advanced Auto was FANTASIC. That young man went above and beyond his job, and without me even asking him to. 100% will not be back.

Auto zone auto parts hire computer jockeys, some have 0 experience working on vehicles. They give you the wrong part half of the time. Know what you need and if possible take part with you. This is the biggest reason why they are the cheapest parts store. And why I'd go to napa O'Reilly or advance auto

We found ourselves almost stranded on our way to Beckley WV and stopped here for a battery. Kristy was immensely helpful, ran through several checks, installed a replacement battery. She Lso stayed to continue charging our vehicle and followed up with us to make sure we made it to our final destination. Absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you Kristy!
