I do not live in the area and wanted to send my mom some flowers for her 69th birthday. The ladies we so patient over the phone with me and gave me an amazing price on the perfect birthday bouquet. They are over the top friendly and even though I called and bothered them ALOT about my delivery ( because I wanted it to go perfect) they were ALWAYS polite and professional. You can always tell a business’s top priorities after a few minutes on the phone with them. I would most definitely say this place is all about Customer Serivce, friendly advise and help, and tend to your every need. God bless you and all you do for the great citizens in the Covington area. May you all be open for many, many years to come.

Beautiful!! We have only done business with this florist twice. We’re out of town and could not ask for better service or product. Jimmy is generous with his flowers and his time - going over and above the expected. Our beautiful, accepting, non-judgmental aunt would have loved the floral tribute that Alleghany Floral Boutique did for her funeral. Well done. If needed we would certainly do business here again.

I ordered some flowers for my grandmother but couldn't find the perfect arrangement on their site. I ended up ordering a custom arrangement and described it was for my grandmother's birthday and that she loves bright and colorful flowers. She absolutely loved the arrangement! I highly recommend!

I had a special delivery of flowers that I wanted to be sitting on the recipients desk when they walked in Monday morning because it was a grand opening. I wanted him to see them as soon as he got there for his grand opening. I spoke with two different employees at Allegheny Floral Boutique and called the shop probably four different times to confirm where they were going and when they were supposed to be there and why. Dolly and i decided to send them Saturday instead of rushing them out Monday morning so he would see them when he got there . when Allegheny Floral Boutique arrived on Saturday to deliver the flowers someone said, the recipient is not going to be here till Monday so they brought the flowers back and he didn't get them.... And still hasn't as of now 9: 13 Monday morning. I called and spoke to Dolly she said we deliverd them but a man said he wasn't going to be there till Monday so we just brought the flowers back. How about the person that purchased the flowers, what about the all the planning and dissussions about the fact that they would be there Saturday so he could walk in Monday morning and see the flowers. How about all four conversations with you and another employee... What about all the planning you and I spoke about having the flowers there on Saturday so they would already be there Monday morning how about that? Unacceptable... don't use Allegheny flowers if you need anything special done like them delivered. I am rarely present when I have received flowers and I always manage to get them. bottom line don't use Allegheny Floral Boutique if you want to surprise anyone. They also promised by 9:00am Monday if Saturday was not an option... 9:47 still have not arrived. They arrivrd and the flowers were wrong I ordered stargazers and limonium only the woman on the phone said do you want anything else I said no I can't stand Lilly's I only like Stargazer lilies and calla lilies which they didn't have. I just received the picture of the arrangement and there are various lilies in them they're not all stargazers so my order is not even correct
