Vary busy depending on the day but always open and always has gas at least everytime ice been there. Store clerks are nice and friendly.

Bless the person who decided putting a Sheetz at this location was a good idea, and further adding the drive thru. This spot is roughly the halfway point between home and family, so its always a great pit stop. Food is as good as Sheetz getz, and they're almost always exclusively the only drive-thru open on a holiday, which is CLUTCH when traveling multiple hours between houses.

Stopped to get gas and I figured I’d grab a soda through the drive-through. The drive-through customer service is absolutely horrible. You’ll sit there forever for one soda and then they look at you from inside and not even act like you exist. I ended up just driving off because what’s the point of having a drive-through if nobody’s gonna work it?!

Nice and clean place to stop. They also had self checkouts which was nice if you are in a hurry.

Update: I contacted (or tried to) Sheetz as their response said to below. They asked me questions about the order, repeated the questions several times, and once I was done explaining what happened, they completely ghosted me; as in, after I was done talking, no one responded back. They didn't hang up, but they wouldn't respond. I called the number below back, and a new person handled the call. He kept asking why I was calling and if I was trying to leave a review or get compensation. I explained I didn't want anything, I was just doing what the below response was saying. He then said he was just confused about why I didn't call this number the day that it happened. I explained to him that I did not have a number to call that day and that the owner just responded 4 days ago. Sheetz, yall just lost a customer. Original Post: Do not door dash from this store. Cup of fries arrived completely upside down (on sheetz, not door dash’s fault). Coffee wasn’t in the bag (sheetz worker said it’s discontinued but when I got here, they had it in stock). Jalapeño ranch wasn’t in the bag (again sheetz’s fault). And the order was delivered 1 hour and 50 minutes after I ordered, when the original wait time was 40 minutes.

The drive-through service is horrible. They handed me my order but did not give me a straw for my drink so I sat at one window for multiple minutes nobody would come to it. I drove to the next window, sat there for multiple minutes and the girl just looked at me, and wouldn’t see what I wanted, I had to leave without a straw because I was gonna be late for work if I stayed any longer. Lazy work ethic for 9:30am shift.

Put in an online order before heading to the store for pickup now. Got to the store and there was a large crowd still ordering from the order kiosk. Those people got their orders first, and the food service people messed my order up. They were also rude to me.

Always love going to sheetz. The hotdogs are 2 for 1.50 and thats cheap enough to drive for a couple miles to eat haha. They have a great food selection. The wait in line is never to long. Always have good customer service here. Clean restrooms and floors. The coffee is a must and sometimes the will have a promotion around holidays for free coffee. 24 hours is great also. Will be back soon.

Clean gas station with clean bathrooms, a small convenience store inside, as well as a kitchen serving hot foods such as sandwiches, tacos, and chicken. Great place to stop when on a long drive.

Ordered little flat bread pizza at 1:33, three people working in food prep area. All they did was walk back and forth, talk and look at the computer. 40 min later our number had not moved on the prep board. Our number was all most an hour later to comeup. So unorganized and looked like they were just filtering around. Most likely will not go back there.
