If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is absolutely horrible and scam artist. I got a vehicle from this place and they told me that the vehicle was 6500 and I put 4,000 down. He told me that my payments were going to be $330 and he rushed me through signing my contract. I asked why they were so high he told me interest and my credit. I just found out that he put the vehicle price as 12,000 for my loan that’s why he rushed me. I got the vehicle in Feb 2024 and the transmission went out 2 weeks later. I called him and he basically said not his problem. I put the truck in the shop and it was in the shop for 2 months. I got it out the shop at the end of April, it is now July and the transmission is going out again. This place is an all around scam and will sale you a lemon. He is truly the real life Matilda’s dad when it comes to car dealerships. If you don’t have money to waste… stay clear of this place!!!!

I bought a vehicle there last month. Almost a month later, it's still in good running order. Mr. Kennon even allowed a repair in his shop that was supposed to be done before I purchased it. The vehicle was in a little worse condition cosmetically than advertised - which apparently wasn't negotiable. All in all, James was good to work with. Tracy at the front desk on the other hand was very rude. She felt it was her place to tell me how I was to sign the forms and roll my eyes when I told her otherwise. For someone so snippy about legal documents, she sure submitted plenty of errors on her end. She snapped at me when I came in to do the DMV work because she didn't know I called ahead as she requested. She also messed my address up with the financing company - waiting to hear back from the DMV about possible issues there too. I won't be returning, but it may be worth your while if they have what you need.

I stopped at the dealership to check out a Corvette for a buddy of mine. The staff are friendly and not pushy. I like that kind of a car dealership.

I bought a car from them and a month later, the engine went out. There was no warranty, they wouldn’t do anything about it. They sold me a lemon. I would stay far, far, away from this dealership. This has happened to a lot more people than just me. I will never ever buy anything else from them!

These guys are straight up scammers. Sold my wife a car just to find out a week later the car needs a whole engine. What kind of establishment sells cars that needs so much significant work. An establishment ran by scammers. Do not waste your time. Doesn’t matter how clean the car looks and how good the deal may seem, do not trust these guys. I think they are getting there cars from the junk yard because they sold my wife a piece of junk. Buy at your own risk!!!

Purchased a service van from this place and have had nothing but issues with it from day one . Water pump was leaking from the lot evidently. The ac didn’t work correctly and now the fuel pump . This van is junk

They sold me a vehicle that lasted 9 days after taking it off the lot. Re-insured me that it was in good running order. Well paid cash for the car, and even though i haven't switched the title or registration yet, he basically took my money and laughed in my face.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We recently purchased a vehicle from here and exactly 2 weeks to the day later, I need a new engine. We asked if there was anything mechanically wrong with it and they said that it ran perfectly fine for them. The timing went out. Apparently it had been changed 30k miles ago so it SHOULD have had almost another 100k miles before that needed to be changed. When I asked if there was anything that they could or would do to help, I was rudely informed that it was on me and they didn't care. Avoid this dealership like the plague.

Bad business practice dealing with Kennon Auto Sales. I purchased a 05 Honda Pilot from them on 12/13.22. on 12/23/22 the timing snapped on me although there is a sticker indicating the timing was redone 2 years prior. I haven't even changed over the paperwork yet as far as Title and Registration yet. and to find out they have a bad track record with doing consumer business.
