You will never get a live human on the phone. Customer service is trash. The automated system hangs up on you if you try to cancel service. Go somewhere else.

There was 8-9 employees working and took 30 minutes just to pick up equipment for home internet. Which took 1 minute once we were finally helped. No customer greeting to see what everyone is there for. What look to be the manager was not engaged with any employees or customers, but was on the floor. Don’t recommend going to this store.

Hands down the best customer service! Anthony and a few other gentleman there have gone above and beyond to help us with a situation that we have not been able to resolve for months over the phone! They were patient and very helpful. If you too have become frustrated with Xfinity customer support over the phone please go in and let the staff at this location help you.

Do not go to this Xfinity store on Temple Ave in Colonial Heights, VA!. The customer service is the worst I've ever seen. I came there yesterday around 10am with my Husband and my Dad to buy my Dad a new phone and watch for his birthday (age 74 ) We stood around for 20 minutes without being greeted or asked how can they help. Another person walks in later and were provided services right away by a rep with no appointment while we were still waiting. When I asked if someone could help us we were given someone to work with but she was very rude and disrespectful towards us. I dont remember the name of the rep but her gender was questionable as to if SHE was really a HE. She wasn't listening, spoke really fast in a deep voice and when asked to slow down so we could understand she rolled her eyes, kept looking and texting on her cellphone while we were talking to her. She had long nails that kept getting in her way of filling out his information correctly. We had to keep repeating ourselves and redoing the transaction. My husband told her she was being disrespectful because she switched her attention to me ignoring my dad and my husband. We wanted to pay for the phone in full and she kept explaining a monthly payment for the phone that didn't apply because we were paying in full for the phone and watch. After we told her we didn't appreciate her attitude towards us she walked away with her attitude and got another rep to finish working with us. We asked the new rep if there was a manager/supervisor we could speak with. No manager was there. Why? We asked for a phone number/or contact information to the supervisor/ manager. She couldn't provide one stating they are not permitted to giving their personal numbers. We didn't ask for a personal number just a way we could contact the supervisor/ manager and she couldn't provide anything hince why I'm leaving this review. Not a good experience for my Dad for his birthday. This was supposed to be an enjoyable time and a welcoming present but was the far from it.

My fiancé and I were about to make the switch from Xfinity to another competitor, reason being when trying to contact Xfinity customer service through chat or phone they don’t seem to help very much and are very rude, but we decided to try and go in store and see if we could resolve our bill issue, Larry assisted us with every single question we had and answered all of them with ease, very well knowledgeable and has put our minds at ease knowing we can continue with Xfinity as we have for years, if you visit this store, make sure you connect with Larry!

Xfinity is by far the worst internet servicer. Internet constantly loses connection. Customer service reps are not trained, can hardly understand them, and conveniently lose phone connection once they realize they cannot help you. I have not had internet for the past 4 weeks, paid a fee for a new modem, internet still not working, now they are trying to charge another fee to get someone to come out and take a look at it. I cannot wait until FIOS comes in our area so we can switch

I came to the store to get my number changed and there’s a worker named Chelsey, who gave us attitude. She had bad manners and lacked patience. As a multi-lingual, we’re having a hard time to comprehend and so she gave us attitude. The workers are also not welcoming. Try not to go here if you don’t wanna ruin your day!

We had some major difficulty upgrading our telephone with the online method. We were ready to leave Xfinity, but Larry at the Colonial Heights location helped us navigate with customer service and salvage our relationship with Xfinity. Very personable guy and extremely helpful. I hope Xfinity does ALL they can to keep Larry with them.

Worst customer service ever. Rude and very unprofessional. We were adding a new phone and a line, the person that ddid the transaction was having her own opinion. Don’t know if he’s a man or a woman. He sounds like a man but looks like a woman. Deciding on the color of the phone the person went to the back door and brought a phone. I ask if I could see the blue one, rolled his/her eyes and said honey the blue is for women!! I had to stop asking because I felt awful. And decided make a state you have to decide because once get this you can’t exchange it! Helloo!! I will never go back to that place. And will find another place to put my money.

The first person who greeted me when I arrived was Brody. He was very professional and had a great spirit. Brody set the bar with his great customer service. Way to go Brody!!!
